The Telerace family consists of telescopic guides made of steel or profiled metal sheeting, treated with a deep nitriding and black oxidation process or available in stainless steel. The Telerace linear guides are ideal for harsh environments as their large rolling components make them highly resistant to dust and dirt. The Telerace guides are ideal for continuous cycle applications requiring a long life and reduced maintenance. The EasyPalletizer from EasyRobotics is a stationary palletizing robot for loading pallets with cardboard boxes or workpieces. The system is positioned on a conveyor belt. Then the robot picks up the cardboard box or the workpiece with a gripper. Depending on the proramization, it then sets it down on the pallet according to the customer’s requirements. The integrated ER+ software facilitates the programming of the sequence. Structure In combination with the Universal Robots robot UR10e the palletizer is available in different versions: On the one hand, the EasyPalettizer can be equipped with a base with lift. This makes it possible to move a stroke of 265 mm with the robot. Crates and workpieces can be stacked even higher on the pallet. Furthermore, it is possible to install a fixed base. This limits the standard height of the robot to 855 mm. In addition, the base can also be completely dismantled. This is useful if the palletisation will not reach great heights.

To be used as halogen free, flame retardant and environmentally power, control and connecting cable in electrical facilities, in fire vulnerable areas and facilities with high concentration of people and property values, for fixed laying and flexible applications without tensile stress and without defined cable routing. The optoNCDT 1220 is the entry-level model for precise measurements in industrial automation. This compact laser triangulation sensor measures displacement, distance and position with high precision. The high-performance surfaceCONTROL 3D 3200 snapshot sensor is ideally suited for use in industrial applications. It performs automated inline 3D measurements for geometry, shape and surface inspection on diffuse reflecting surfaces. The sensor is characterized by its compact design and high measurement accuracy combined with high data processing speed. With a high Z-axis repeatability of up to 0.6 µm, the sensor is ideal for precise 3D measurement and inspection tasks. Two different measuring ranges cover different measuring fields.

mainSENSOR is based on an innovative measuring principle, which has been developed by Micro-Epsilon in order to combine the advantages of both inductive and magnetic sensors. Magneto-inductive sensors are frequently used as alternative to inductive sensors and proximity sensors in process automation, the packaging industry and in machine monitoring. Measuring the distance to a magnet which is fixed at the measurement object, the sensor outputs a continuous, linear signal.
