The POWDRYER™ PD08 metal powder dryer is used to dry inorganic metal powder for the complex additive manufacturing (3D printing) process. It corrects the manufacturer’s fluctuating metal powder qualities, thus optimizing the metal powder’s flowability. It also reduces the number of air inclusions in finished workpieces. Significantly higher material densities are the result. Powder technology has a long history in various sectors such as the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and metal industries. Measuring the physical properties of powder is very difficult and each industry uses different assessment methods. The PD-600 powder measuring system is the further development of the PD-51. It can determine the physical properties of powder via resistivity. Powder materials of carbon products: Materials used for rechargeable battery electrodes, condensers and resistance material and insulating electronics / cokes / graphite / carbon black / carbon fiber / nano carbon, etc. Metal powder: Materials used for battery electrodes, thin film materials such as copper powder or ITO powder, for circuit board materials, for example conductive paste and electro conductive paint. Others: Thermoplastic powder, Printer toner, Magnetic material such as ferrite, food material, pharmaceutical related and automobile parts.

The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

The original design of this practical table means that it can be stored and transported using the least amount of space. When in use, it can be set to two different heights: a) with one 720 mm pole as a table to sit at, b) with 2 poles with total height of 1200 mm as a bistro table to stand at. The poles that are not required, are held tidily in a bracket under the tabletop. The table has chrome plated poles, a sturdy powder coated metal welded base and a Werzalit tabletop (diameter: 700 mm). With laser generation, components are built up layer by layer from powdered metallic materials used in serial production such as 1.2709 steel or 1.4543 steel. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, this enables us to transfer your computer-generated 3D/CAD models reliably over to their physical form. Here, thin coats of the powder materials are applied to a base object before being melted using a laser into the desired contour. This process is continued on a revolving basis until the workpiece is complete with the final geometric form and the relevant functional properties. Incidentally, we reclaim excess powder material during this process and use all of it for later productions again. Our services in sample development also include technical springs, which we produce in small batches for your sample application. Traditional sample development services are a new addition to our portfolio. Here, we produce a small-scale series of your bent strip parts from original materials.

The "Metzner RPA 60-LT" is a powerful robot press automation with an outstanding storage system for the highest demands in the handling of pressed parts made of hard metal and metal powder. With a storage capacity of up to 60 sintering plates, the it offers outstanding possibilities for the production of sintered parts of all types. All sintering plates are fed to the machine via four transport trolleys with 15 plates each. The intelligent handling system of the "RPA 60-LT" ensures uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. While the first sintering plate is filled by a linear robot with multifunctional gripper, the handling system provides a second empty plate. As soon as the first plate is filled, the loading of the second one starts. Meanwhile, the handling system returns the loaded sintering plate to the transport carriage. The automation thus works according to the Kanban principle, which ensures that the press can be operated continuously even during the workpiece carrier change
