WIWOX® 340 is a weakly alkaline cleaning agent for grease, oil and oil carbon soiling. Very suitable for pre-cleaning or basic cleaning of soiled steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal or plastic parts in an ultrasonic bath or in a spray cleaning system. After cleaning and without water rinsing, the parts are temporarily protected against corrosion. The final drying can be accelerated by blowing off with compressed air, a warm air flow or treatment in a drying cabinet. WIWOX® 340 can be used in a concentration of 5 – 7 %. Dilution with water depends on the degree of contamination and the intended exposure time. The bath should have a temperature of approx. 60° C. The bath should be kept at a constant temperature. In the field of precision mechanics, longer exposure times are possible depending on the degree of contamination.

The question of the ideal milling cutter is dependent upon the material to be machined. A single-tooth cutter is often an advantage for ""soft"" materials (PVC, Perspex, Kömacel, etc), wooden materials (chip- or flakeboard) and non-ferrous metals (soft aluminium, Alcubond, etc.), as the problem of cutting erosion in comparison to clogging recedes. A double flute is better suited to very hard plastics and harder types of aluminium (short chipping). Milling cutters with 4 or more flutes are predominantly used to mill metals. SINGLE-TOOTH MILLING CUTTERS Single-tooth milling cutters are mainly used for machining ""soft"" materials. Their extra large chipping space guarantees an ideal chipping removal and high stock removal rate. MULTI-TOOTH MILLING CUTTERS Multi-tooth milling cutters are used for machining ""harder"" materials. Smoother running is achieved, as several cutting edges are always in contact. The more flutes the tool has, the smaller the individual chippings will be.

Cut-To-Length Lines are core competence at GSW. They belong to the family of Cutting Lines and are designed to process diverse materials out of steel, non-ferrous metals or aluminum and precisely cut a coil into sections of equal length (which is where the name comes from). Starting with narrow slit strip and finishing somewhere beyond 2000mm width – our Cut-To-Length Lines always know how to shine in this process.

The STS-spiral roller brush range from Kullen-Koti contains all measurements from small to extra large and this unbeatable selection of diameters makes this brush a totally reliable tool for light brushing tasks. Due to the high fill density and precisely ground surface it achieves outstanding results. A flawless radial true runing is a requirement in most cases to achieve the desired brush effect. Therefore the brush cores are electrodynamically pre-balanced and re-balanced according to the required RPM after assembly of the spiral brushes. The balancing quality refers to quality grade G 2.5 as per ISO 1940. As core material we have available: mild steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal or plastic coated steel. Fixing of the spiral coils The coils are generally mounted onto the roller cores with pressure rings (PRB) in order to prevent the brush from roating on the core. A further variation of the "Throw-Away" system is type 230. It consists of continuously wound DBS-spiral brushes fitted to a thin walled steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal tubular shaft. The face width corresponds to the required total brush legth (BLG). The complete "Throw-Away" brushes can be simply assembled onto the customer's existing shaft. This method avoids the costly return of the complete shafts when the brushes have to be replaced. Core systems The complete "Throw-away" brushes type 230 can be supplied with adaptors to reduce the core inside diameter (KD) i. e. brushes with or without collar with suitable arbor holes (AL) for the different core systems WK1 and WK2. Our roller brushes are supplied with a fill surface perfectly trimmed and/or ground for concentricity. The brushes with adaptor or bushes are electro-dynamically balanced at the intended rotation speed according to standard G 2.5 as per ISO 1940

The types 220 & 221 are extremly flexible in their dimension and depending on the required performance these endless spiral brush coils are mounted on core systems made of mild steel, stainless steel or non ferrous metals.Compared with other brush designs we can reach the highest possible fill density with these types and they can be applied with a maximum speed of 55 m/sec without any problems. Supposition for it, is that the roller brush cores are electrodynamically balanced after the mounting of the core according to the required rotation speed and quality G 2.5 which comes up to ISO 1940. The metal detection coil helps you to enhance the quality of your products and to minimize the risk of possible recalls. INTUITY reliably checks if your packaged or unpackaged products or bulk goods include metal foreign objects. It is impressive in terms of its high accuracy: With its multi-simultaneous technology it checks at the same time with at least two frequencies within a range between 30 and 900 kHz

EXCOR PERIGOL 100 is suitable for corrosion protection of ferrous metals, uncoated or partially galvanised steel, cast iron and other metals. PERIGOL 100 may be applied using immersion or spraying techniques. EXCOR PERIGOL 100 corrosion protective oil only requires a brief drip-off time and when applied can resist temperatures of up to approximately 50º Celsius. Solvent-free PERIGOL 100 forms an oily, non-wipeproof film on the metal surfaces which may be removed using aqueous alkaline media.

EXCOR PERIGOL DW is an anti-corrosion oil containing solvent which is chiefly used for the corrosion protection of ferrous metals, uncoated or partially galvanised steel, cast iron and other metals. It offers excellent water-repellent properties. In metal parts produced by processes involving water EXCOR PERIGOL DW removes the water, which dissolved corrosion-inducing salts may also contain, from the surface, creating a wipeproof film which protects against corrosion. This property can also be useful for dry parts, for instance during spraying. A wipeproof film provides more robust protection against mechanical and thermal stresses and also enhances the corrosion protection it provides.

InFocus: Precise, reliable und reproducible InFocus is a high-performing TIG technology. Its precision and reliability make the InFocus welding process particularly suitable for automated applications in combination with linear axles, robots and other guiding systems. Nearly all steels, non-ferrous metals or galvanized sheets can be welded in one layer with or without filler material; e.g. CrNi-steels with a material thickness of up to 10 mm. For welding root layers of thicker sheets, the InFocus welding process offers an alternative. By using the TIG keyhole welding process, the web can be made bigger. This reduces the seam cross section and thus the number of the required layers during the subsequent submerged-arc welding. It is also not necessary to gouge the root when using the InFocus welding process for the root layer.

We can mill or laser smaller quantities or sample parts made of plastic or non-ferrous metals on our CNC machining center or our CO2 laser systems and label them as required.
