The FlexLoader merges the functionality of a truck dock and a pallet transporter. The pick-and-place robot ProFeeder from EasyRobotics consists of a basic module and two carriages, which guarantee a big range of workpiece pick-up options. These stainless steel forceps are suitable for precise laboratory tasks. The forceps have a straight shape with blunt ends that are fluted on the inside. The PurMop® EFB40 single-use mop with its innovative cleaning pile was developed for highest performance in cleanroom cleaning. The special polyester scrub stripes loosen even tough residues and contaminants during wiping which are then safely picked up by the microfiber stripes. Available in non-sterile (EFB40) and sterile (EFB40-S) version.

The PurMop® EC40 single-use mop comprises a cleaning layer made from a robust polyester knit with special structure. This enables a good pick-up ability for regular contamination as well as an even fluid distribution with disinfectants on all types of cleanroom floors. Kuhnkes FIO Safety SDI4/SDO2 is a safety I/O terminal featuring four safe digital input channels and two safe digital output channels. This expansion module from Kuhnke's FIO range easily integrates in any EtherCAT® network. Four inputs pick up sensor readings via floating 24 VDC contacts while two outputs send up to 2 A of current per channel to 24 VDC actuators. In case the EtherCAT terminal detects a fault it changes to a safe state (fail safe). The module meets the requirements of IEC 61508 SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 PL e.

Thanks to the TNC-F model series, semi-automatic labelling of shaped bottles becomes very easy. The front and back labels should be on a carrier material. The product is inserted into a product pickup device. As soon as the 2-hand operation is activated, the system starts to pick up the product in the two format pucks, rotates and aligns the product before the front and back labels are applied exactly to the desired positions. By exchanging the format parts of the product pick-up device, cylindrical or angular products can also be processed and labelled with several labels in addition to the shaped bottles.

FX-VV is the lifting magnet for profiles and hot components. The long, narrow design is conceived to pick up beams and profiles, also on the inner web of the beam, and reach their maximum holding force even with comparatively thin material thickness, so that even thin sheets can be lifted safely. Thanks to the 90° double prism, angle profiles can now be can now be picked up on the inside and outside, or components can be turned. Steel fabricators rely on FX-VV.

FX-KT small trusses lift workpieces that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings, punching tools and flanges. Two FX magnets, adjustably mounted on a truss made of high-strength aluminum, provide a secure hold. With a few simple steps, the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.

FXE-TP electro-permanent lifting magnets are ideally suited for beams and profiles due to their special design. The pick-up of beams at the profile web is possible without any problems due to the specially shaped pole surface. FXE-TP lifting magnets are also available as a truss solution, specially tailored to your application.

The Scrubmaster B400 RH with high dump is the perfect choice for environments where plenty of coarse dirt regularly accumulates, e.g. in production or exhibition halls. Equipped with a 150litre dirt hopper, the vacuum sweeper and scrubberdrier combi machine can cope with large amounts of coarse dirt. Larger pieces of debris can be picked up by hand and thrown into the dirt hopper manually through the integrated coarse dirt flap.
