For use in peristaltic pumps to transport aggressive media, abrasive materials, highly viscous liquids and foodstuffs in practically all industrial fields. Construction: Tube in light or dark special qualities for abrasive media, liquids to max. 80°C (NR) for drinking water (IIR) for oils, petrol, fuels to max. 80°C (NBR) for aggressive media to max. 120°C (CSM) for chemical media (EPDM) FDA-approved food quality Special fabric inlays Interior smooth, exterior smooth polished SIMON – peristaltic pump hoses are manufactured with special fabric inlays developed specifically for the application. This guarantees harmonious flexing with permanently stable cross-sections. With the dynamically adjusted elastomers mixtures the result is lower overpressing with perfect tightness and low working temperatures. This achieves exceptionally long service life. These hoses are polished with abrasive tools in special alloys. This method guarantees a homogenous surface microstructure of the...

The central idea of high pressure tools is to concentrate the energy of a high pressure water jet at the smallest possible point to maximise its effect. The smaller the area to be sprayed, the slower the process will be on large areas. The solution is to move the high pressure water jet quickly and systematically. Rotating joints allow the water to be transferred from fixed to rotating parts of the high pressure tool so that the water jet is moved in a targeted manner. KAMAT rotary joints are suitable for pressures up to 4,000 bar. They can be driven by internal or external energy and can reach up to 3,000 revolutions per minute. For fatigue-free and safe working, we also offer easy-to-use swivels for high pressure hoses, suitable for our high pressure pumps. Also designed and manufactured in-house, these swivels are internally streamlined to minimise flow restrictions.

Steam Ejectors & Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps Engineered for optimum efficiency, Nash Hybrid Systems now offer a 15% reduction in steam consumption. This was achieved through extensive R&D efforts, resulting in innovative design improvements. Nash has designed and manufactured hybrid systems since 1979, and our hybrid systems are recognized worldwide for reliable performance and low greenhouse gas emissions. As the new standard for Nash hybrid designs, these systems maintain traditional benefits, while offering accelerated payback through increased energy savings, condensers designed per HTRI specifications and a faster response time through regional sourcing. Nash is the only company to manufacture both the pumps and ejectors that go into a hybrid system, and offers a complete system warranty. All Nash hybrid systems are backed by global aftermarket support, decades of engineering expertise, and a proven history of reliable, dependable installations. Existing all ejector systems can be upgraded to more efficient hybrid systems by replacing or modifying stages. Nash engineers can evaluate your specific systems and recommend a custom hybrid design that will optimize your energy savings. Through reduced operating costs, upgraded systems can offer a payback of 2 years or less. Nash hybrid systems are used in industries and applications where deep vacuum is required and system reliability is critical. In operations where efficiency is key, emissions are a concern, or if there is a scarcity of steam in the plant, Nash hybrid systems are the optimal solution for efficiency.
