Our coating line concepts stand for maximum production output, low energy consumption and highest precision regarding temperature distribution, air circulation and coating application. We can offer many different coating application units, such as combined floating knife/ cylinder coating head, knifeonrubberblanket coating unit, magnet roll coating unit, paste dot or screen coating unit, powder scatter coating assembly, kissroll unit, impregnation bath, reverseroll coating unit and vertical floating knife coater. Zoller + Fröhlich has developed the Z+F PROFILER® 9012 and the Z+F PROFILER® 9020 laser scanners for mobile mapping applications, which can be flexibly integrated into the mobile mapping systems of almost all MMS providers. LOAD CELL AND TORQUE SENSOR – X/Y/Z - Model 8565 In robotics and automation engineering, the requirements for precise, tactile handling are constantly increasing. The robust 8565 multi-axis sensor with its low crosstalk enables you to monitor and evaluate your process at any time, regardless of the sensor’s orientation. With just one sensor, you can obtain accurate three-dimensional load information. Its six independent outputs let you selectively evaluate the direction of action of the loads (axial force [Fz] / lateral forces [Fx/Fy] / torque [Mz] / bending moment [Mx/My]). Thanks to its compact design and adaptation via the standardized robot flange in accordance with DIN ISO 9049-1, the sensor can be integrated into many applications quickly and easily. When the slightest deviations are detected in your fast-moving and complex production processes, you can intervene immediately to make adjustments. This helps to prevent faulty parts and reduce manufacturing costs.

Weighing terminal iS25-Ex was specifically designed for simple weighing applications in hazardous areas. As with all our Ex models it is extremely reliable. It meets the demands of your production as safely as the requirements of the ATEX directive in Ex zones 1/21. The tolerance control integrated by default ensures precise results and can be easily operated: LED lights (red, yellow, green) indicate your staff the weighing results in a fast and clear manner. Tare values can be easily entered via the numeric keypad. Weighing data is directly and safely transferred to higher-ranking systems via interfaces.

Gas storage systems by Lipp have been successfully installed in more than 300 projects in Germany and worldwide. The gas storage capacity extends from 30 to 5,000 m³. The gas resistant PVC gas holder is protected by a galvanised steel cylinder. The self supporting roof is made of 1.4301 high grade stainless steel. The Lipp gas holder is offered as a complete system, including sensors and built in parts as well as steel construction, and can be easily integrated into an existing system. The main area of application of the Lipp gas holder is municipal waste water treatment plants and landfills which want to balance out fluctuations in gas production and at the same time need a buffer store for possible downtimes. A further gas holder may also be of interest for direct marketing of biogas, where feed in at certain times is necessary. The Lipp gas holder is especially attractive when considering the fact that electricity cannot be stored. But (bio) gas, which is used for power generation

Lipp tank and system solutions for municipal waste water treatment have been realised in close cooperation with well known design companies and end customers since the 1980s. In addition to municipal waste water treatment plants in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and other European countries, the Lipp system has already been successfully installed in many Asiatic projects. Lipp waste water tanks are offered in variable sizes and with individually adapted features (material, covers, additional equipment). Our success lies in professional management and close cooperation with all stakeholders over the entire project period. Reliable tank solutions, timely installation and numerous reference plants both in Germany and worldwide make Lipp an important partner in municipal waste water treatment.

With high demands on accuracy and dynamics, the base frame in welded construction or hard stone is also a possible and reasonable part of the scope of supply. Here, all axes are specified, assembled, aligned, measured, tested and recorded - according to desired specifications. By means of hard stone, the required accuracies can be achieved. Hard stone offers all the characteristics required - ranging from a small coefficient of expansion, high abrasion resistance, optimum vibration damping, absence of unwanted residual stresses up to the necessary accuracies regarding flatness, parallelisms and angularity.

The new IPC charger series is the latest innovation in the field of quick-charging. The universal chargers have integrated communication and support all popular communication protocols, such as CAN, I2C, SM, LIN, HDQ. Li-ion rechargeable battery packs from 24 V to 48 V will be automatically detected. Once the E-BUS charger has made contact with the rechargeable battery, an extensive diagnostics procedure is started. The intelligent chargers identify the rechargeable battery voltage, the charge current is adapted and the charge process started. The output power here is up to 300 W. This enables the shortest possible charge times with simultaneous exchange of parameters to be realised with applications such as in drive systems, power tools or medical equipment. With the IPC 300W we are delighted to present a universal charger that can adapt to all lithium ion rechargeable battery systems.

The Drum pump F/FP 427 is ideal for hygienic applications and suitable for conveying media out of drums, IBCs and other containers. It can be easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning / sterilization and can be completely stripped down to individual parts. The pump has minimal dead spots. The drive shaft, the inner and the outer tube are made of stainless steel (316 Ti resp. 1.4581). The pump is also available as FOOD and 3A certified version and complies with international safety standards. Swivel and fixed castors with pneumatic rubber tyres are used for maximum floor surface preservation. The pneumatic rubber tyres are available with zig-zag or ribbed profile and can be used indoors and outdoors.

Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are always used for heavy duty applications when transporting heavy loads across challenging surfaces. They are frequently used for agricultural equipment, transport units for large components, forklift trucks and cleaning and sweeping machines. Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are multi-component tyres which are resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances. They provide a high level of operational comfort, low noise levels and good floor preservation.

These can be designed for a wide variety of objects and applications for manual operation or as fully automated systems. In certain applications the combination of both types of solutions is also possible. Another possibility is a modular approach, which allows the customer to expand the capacities and the technical level later on according to his current needs. Individual stations can be connected by a conveyor belt system, or the parts can be transferred manually.

Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

Particularly in the automotive industry there are currently tests underway to virtually simulate production processes with the help of real models. Laser scanners of Z+F deliver the required 3D data in order to generate such models. Film industry Virtual reality plays a key role in the film industry: special effects (e.g. explosions) can be carried out with digital technology without any danger to the people involved or real objects (buildings, historical monuments, vehicles etc.). Nowadays we can see film scenes that were unthinkable a few years ago. Computer/Gaming Whether in computer games or the internet – virtual reality in this area is here to stay. It does not matter whether real objects are represented virtually or fantasy worlds are created with the help of real objects. With Z+F laser data, both is possible.
