The GEMÜ 0326 directly controlled 3/2-way pilot solenoid valve is designed for mounting to a compact aluminium rail as a valve battery for mounting in control cabinets or as a valve manifold near the pneumatic components to be controlled. The pressure relief valves GEMÜ N085 and N185 protect the plant and the piping system against gauge pressure and reduces pressure peaks. The third pipe spigot enables the valve to be installed in the main pipe. If the pressure increases, the spring is raised and the valve opens. The pressure is reduced to the preset value and can escape via the third pipe spigot into an adjacent pipe. If the pressure falls, the spring force presses the diaphragm in the direction of the seal seat and it is closed. The spring force can be adjusted as required using a set screw. - Valve adjustments can also be made under working pressure. - The optimization of piston, springs and control face ensures good control characteristics - The actuator is hermetically separated from the medium

The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

The GEMÜ 1436 cPos is a digital electro-pneumatic positioner with optionally integrated process controller for the control of pneumatically operated process valves. When using the optional process controller the signals from a process sensor (e.g. flow, level, pressure, temperature) are detected and the media adjusted according to the specified set value. The 3/2way solenoid valves are electrically operated solenoid valves with three connections and two switching positions. These valves are hermetically sealed on the outside and have proven themselves when used with liquid, gaseous, dirty, or poisonous (toxic) media. Even if the seals are completely worn out, no process medium can escape.

This type is a pneumatically actuated valve with 2 port connections and 2 switching positions. The V2 has been developed for hot gases up to 400°C.

This series comprises valves with two connections that are operated by an electric motor. They are characterized by the fact that the valve stroke can be adjusted steplessly and held in place by a motor using a setpoint signal (420 mA or 010 V). This makes this series particularly suitable for precise dosing applications, as the servo motor reliably processes setpoint deviations of 1%.

Within the family of pressureregulating valves, a technical distinction is made between series of bypass valves, inline valves and threeway valves.

Whenever several valves are to be used in a confined space and with minimal piping, a module or strip solution is recommended. In contrast to single piping, the expense for valve piping, fittings, working time, and possible leaks is almost cut in half.

The lateral highpressure valves are valves with two or three connections and two switching positions. The pressure range extends from vacuum up to 500 bar. In this type of construction, the valve drive is not arranged coaxially, but laterally.

Coaxial highpressure valves are valves with two or three connections and two switching positions. The pneumatically operated valves of the VK series in particular have an extraordinarily positive relationship between high pressure range and high flow rate due to their high switching force.

Coaxial highpressure valves are valves with two connections and two switching positions. The pressure range extends from vacuum up to 400 bar. The wall thicknesses for the valve housing and head tube as well as the selection of the seals and the retaining screws are specially designed for high pressure applications. This series is typically used in gas filling stations and test benches, in compressor and hydraulic systems and in washing machines. The KB valve types have a special feature They do not require dynamic plastic seals and can be used in cryogenic application.

The lateral valves are solenoid valves with two or three connections and two switch positions in the basic position closed (NC). In this type of construction, the magnetic drive is not arranged coaxially, but laterally. Additionally, this valve construction is not pressurebalanced, and the switchable pressure range is therefore significantly smaller than with valves in a coaxial design. However, the lateral design is often sufficient for applications in the lowpressure and rough vacuum range and, thanks to its simple construction, also offers a very attractive price. Lateral valves are particularly wellsuited to the packaging, glass, metal, and furniture industries as a robust and fast switching valve for lifting tools (suction cups). Since they do not require dynamic seals, they are ideally suited for rough use in a dusty environment. They are therefore also recommended for use in vacuum furnaces.

The cartridge valves are available in a nominal width of 10 to 15 mm. Depending on the pressure difference, drives with one, two, or three pistons are required. The tedious dismantling of the entire valve body from the pipeline using a large wrench is no longer necessary; only the three screws have to be loosened. Another advantage is the consistently small valve diameter, even at the highest system pressures. The drives have small diameters and are arranged in tandem, one behind the other. This means that these valves can be installed next to each other to save space, even in extremely confined spaces. A version with a hose seal is available for heavily soiled or sticky media.

Tested valves are typetested solenoid valves with two or three connections and two switching positions. These are safety shutoff valves in the basic closed position. The type examination ensures that, in the event of a drop in voltage, all valves seal closed within one second and thus reliably shut off the fuel supply (safety valve).
