Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

Today resistance thermometers are one of the important precision and operating measurement instruments of technical temperature measurement. Fast and easy testing of display, control and recording devices in measurement and process engineering is essential. Fixed temperature values can easily be simulated according to the characteristic curves of Pt100, Pt500 and Pt1000 using the precision resistors calibrated in °C (the inscription also includes the resistance value in Ω). The small dimensions of the resistors allow the installation in measuring instruments or measuring circuits for comparison or control measurements. The high-precision calibration laboratory is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 for flow calibration of flowing gases. The EP calibration laboratory is accredited by the DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for calibrations of gases in-house and on-site under the procedure number D-K-21444-01-00. The MTS1HIGHTEMP is a high-sensitivity, single-channel thermopile detector for precise, non-contact temperature measurement. Tanks to the housing with a soldered filter the detector is resistant to humidity, aggressive gases and other environmental influences. The high detectivity of up to 12.2*10^8 cm√Hz/W and the high sensitivity of up to 501 V/W are achieved by back gassing with krypton and the special chip design. Influences by humidity in the measuring environment are eliminated by a filter used in the transmission range from 8 to 14 µm. These properties allow the use in applications with high requirements, such as temperature monitoring of thermally indexed process parameters in the metal industry or testing of maintenance-relevant properties in the solar semiconductor industry. The detector can be used at ambient temperatures between -20 and 180 °C. An integrated thermistor for intrinsic temperature monitoring can compensate external temperature influences.

Conventional thermometers measure the temperature by means of length or volume change of a material, and are only suitable as display instrument. Temperature sensors from Lenord+Bauer use resistance thermometers that feature an almost temperaturelinear resistance curve, and output the resulting measurement data as electrical signal. They are suitable for a measurement range from 40 °C to +250 °C. A thin stainless steel tube protects the electronics from dirt, humidity and corrosion, allowing the sensors to meet the requirements of protection class IP 68. The modules of the IMSP series are connected before the interface devices and provide reliable protection against voltage surges. The only 6.2 mm wide DIN rail devices are IP20 rated and can be used in the Ex and non-Ex area. Among other things, modules are available for surge-protected connection of analog signals (e.g. for analog signal isolators and temperature measuring amplifiers) as well as for connecting binary signals from switches or inductive and capacitive sensors.
