As well as the standard units, we design and produce individual high pressure water jetting systems in accordance with our customer needs. The configuration is flexible to respective requirements. Whether it is mobile or stationary, with diesel engine or electric motor – our experts find the best solution even for complex applications or problematic work conditions.

This high pressure water jetting unit is extremely flexible due to its usage as a trailer. Three versions of the MK3 with operational pressure of up to 2500 – 3000 bar are available and is ideal for the removal of coating and concrete refurbishment, as well as for the separation and cutting of various materials. The easy to understand WOMATIC 4Control with operational status monitoring, pressurerpm regulation and pressureless circulation ensures high operational safety, low wear and tear, long service life, and last but not least, minimal fuel consumption.

Infrared Heaters - Highly efficient infrared-technology. Economical heating, exactly on point, with Schultze Infrared-heaters. Specially designed halogen heating elements emit short-wave infrared and provide instantly noticeable comfort heat, similar to the sun. Heating people directly without the need to build up and maintain a body of warm air is economical and flexible as well, especially for applications like outdoors, with high ceilings or huge spaces. The field of application includes for example work-shops, sport-facilities, pub gardens, patios, but also industrial or commercial appliances like drying paint or heating machinery. The HWP2-series is dust- and water-jet tight complying with IP55 rating. HWP2 heaters are a stylish means of providing comfort heat in outdoor or indoor locations

The reliability and safety of a sensor is extremely important, particularly in high-pressure applications such as water-jet cutting equipment and hydraulic circuits. The dynamic loading encountered in these applications requires the use of sensors that are specially adapted for high pressure ranges. It is exactly these tough requirements that are satisfied by the model number 8221 sensor. With dynamic pressures, for example, an unlimited number of measurements can be taken if the pressure lies within the range from 0 ... 70% full scale. Manual cleaning with ultrahigh pressure water jetting technology often places high demands on the staff. Working overhead, in a stooped position, with respiratory protection or in heavy protective suits these and many other requirements can have a negative impact on work efficiency and safety. The WOMA Jetty now makes cleaning work with highpressure water more comfortable, more efficient and safer. This is made possible by a manipulator that is as manoeuvrable as it is robust and can be controlled via remote control. This means a consistently high quality of work even for hardtoreach work areas. Four extendable legs allow an enlarged footprint for outstanding stability in any environment. Depending on the task to be performed, different water tools can be used with the WOMA Jetty.

The Dexnyl PEEK sheet from BIEGLO offers a temperature resistance of up to 240 ° C, as well as resistance to radiation and chemical substances. Sheets from PEEK are usually extruded and cut in standard lenths. BIEGLO can offer PEEK sheets with a thickness of 10mm to 50mm with a standard width of 625mm or 610mm. The standard lengths are 1000mm, 2000mm or 3000mm. Our PEEK sheets are also available as compounded PEEK. The typical applications of PEEK sheet are sealings in high thickness and large diameter. Technical parts that are cut out of the sheet by a jet of water. PEEK Sheets bring the advantage to cut out round pieces of several diametres.

Optimum surface cleaning with KAMAT high-pressure rotating nozzles In order to ensure a surface treatment with excellent results and within a reasonable time, we have developed special externally driven rotating nozzles suitable for our high pressure pumps: Depending on the customer's requirements, our nozzles can be driven pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. With traditional, self-powered rotating nozzles, the water jet hits an angle before it exits the nozzle, causing the nozzle to rotate. Driving the rotating nozzle causes the water jet to lose energy and is therefore much less efficient. Our externally driven rotary nozzles concentrate the hydraulic energy entirely on the machining process. KAMAT rotating nozzles provide coherent jets that can be moved precisely and quickly over large areas. In the case of externally driven rotation, the hydraulic energy is used entirely on the surface being sprayed, giving excellent and efficient results on surfaces.

The nozzle consists of two counter-rotating nozzle housings into which the nozzle tubes are inserted with a connection for screw-in round jet nozzles. A special packing sealing system inside the nozzle housings ensures protection during operation and prevents the ingress of contaminants. In front of and behind the nozzle housings are spacers (basket system) to prevent the nozzle tubes from hitting the well wall. In addition, for best cleaning results, the temperature of the medium should be between 3 and 30°C.

The central idea of high pressure tools is to concentrate the energy of a high pressure water jet at the smallest possible point to maximise its effect. The smaller the area to be sprayed, the slower the process will be on large areas. The solution is to move the high pressure water jet quickly and systematically. Rotating joints allow the water to be transferred from fixed to rotating parts of the high pressure tool so that the water jet is moved in a targeted manner. KAMAT rotary joints are suitable for pressures up to 4,000 bar. They can be driven by internal or external energy and can reach up to 3,000 revolutions per minute. For fatigue-free and safe working, we also offer easy-to-use swivels for high pressure hoses, suitable for our high pressure pumps. Also designed and manufactured in-house, these swivels are internally streamlined to minimise flow restrictions.

Performance in a small space Our compact K100-3 high-pressure three-plunger pump boasts impressive performance data: With only 15 kW of input power, it delivers a pressure of 2000 bar, making it one of the most powerful pumps in its size class. The K100-3 triplex plunger pump really comes into its own when it comes to water jetting for industrial high-pressure cleaning.

High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. This precise management is necessary to ensure that the required result (e.g. surface finish) is achieved within a reasonable time. The method must be safe and fatigue free. With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. Our range of high pressure guns is complemented by various versions of foot valves, rotating gun lances, rotating nozzles and other accessories for a wide variety of applications, such as pipe cleaning.
