Cable Cutters

The semi-finished products manufactured by Embro GmbH are optionally available with an electrical connection. In addition to the many possibilities of placing different elements on carrier materials with special embroidery processes, Embro offers splicing or soldering techniques for perfect and cost-effective connections. The parts are crimped or soldered together as standard. The introduction of thermal switches, NTC or other cable solutions is also no problem. Special connector solutions can also be implemented. Software ProCable - CAQ-System customized for cable producer requirements With the CAQ-system ProCable test plans can be developped, orders administrated and the recieved test results can be archived with corresponding additional information into the data bases. ProCable generates a list of results from the measurements according to the applied test plans. Afterwards the test results are deposited structured and accurately. ProCable adapt achieve test results with the test plans. Possible exceeding of tolerance limits will be told on the user at once. The user can be repeating the measurement or will be forced to comment the exceptional circumstances.

The T-Adapter Cable offers a plug and play solution. The light can be connected directly to the camera system and be controlled by it. This saves additional wiring and simplifies start-up of the components. The adapter cable is located between the camera‘s electrical connection and the power supply. The light is coupled directly into this signal flow and can get both its power supply and the trigger signal from the camera. The result is a compact, interference-resistant and industrycompatible Machine Vision system.
