Our production covers the whole range of knives for cutters of various manufacturers. We have sufficient supplies of material and are able to respond very quickly to produce a knife for any cutter. We also manufacture knives with plates for special applications, for the textile industry etc. We produce carbide knives up to 3000 mm long. The carbide we use for our knives is F10. It is an alloy of submicron carbides with good strength for cutting paper and textile, so called Feinstkornmetall, i.e. carbide with fine structure ensuring long life (a high number of cuts).

It is the furnaces where the hardening process of various aluminum profiles is happened, in other words, the aging process. Aluminum profiles are loaded into the furnace with the help of loading cars. The profiles which are kept in the oven at about 185 °C for 6-8 hours will be harden with the aging process. The whole operation is programmed with the PLC control unit. Thanks to its safe guillotine doors, they contribute to the air circulation in the interior and provide security with the locking mechanisms.

Large and heavy reels cannot be processed efficiently using the normal cutting equipment, but with the reel splitter this problem is eliminated. There are many different sized rolls/reels of materials that need to be processed and our Reel splitter / guilotine is the perfect machine for the job, capable of splitting reels starting at 800 mm high by 1,500 mm wide and are to accommodate rolls up to 3,000 mm wide and maximum 1,200 mm in diameter. It is suitable for cutting many different types of materials including paper, carton, plastic foil, aluminium foil, cling film, acetate and can also reduce certain vehicle tyres before further processing.
