As well as the standard units, we design and produce individual high pressure water jetting systems in accordance with our customer needs. The configuration is flexible to respective requirements. Whether it is mobile or stationary, with diesel engine or electric motor – our experts find the best solution even for complex applications or problematic work conditions.

This high pressure water jetting unit is extremely flexible due to its usage as a trailer. Three versions of the MK3 with operational pressure of up to 2500 – 3000 bar are available and is ideal for the removal of coating and concrete refurbishment, as well as for the separation and cutting of various materials. The easy to understand WOMATIC 4Control with operational status monitoring, pressurerpm regulation and pressureless circulation ensures high operational safety, low wear and tear, long service life, and last but not least, minimal fuel consumption.

The reliability and safety of a sensor is extremely important, particularly in high-pressure applications such as water-jet cutting equipment and hydraulic circuits. The dynamic loading encountered in these applications requires the use of sensors that are specially adapted for high pressure ranges. It is exactly these tough requirements that are satisfied by the model number 8221 sensor. With dynamic pressures, for example, an unlimited number of measurements can be taken if the pressure lies within the range from 0 ... 70% full scale. The nozzle consists of two counter-rotating nozzle housings into which the nozzle tubes are inserted with a connection for screw-in round jet nozzles. A special packing sealing system inside the nozzle housings ensures protection during operation and prevents the ingress of contaminants. In front of and behind the nozzle housings are spacers (basket system) to prevent the nozzle tubes from hitting the well wall. In addition, for best cleaning results, the temperature of the medium should be between 3 and 30°C.

For clayey materials, as an alternative or in addition to the disruptor, it is possible to consider a system of high pressure water jets called the jet-ring system. This system consists of a ring, applied in correspondence with the filter of the dredging unit and a centrifugal pump for feeding the ring with a horizontal axis (available in electric and hydraulic version).

The most effective way to clean blocked DPF/FAP/KAT filters is by using a high-pressure water jet combined with a carefully selected detergent. This method, known as hydrodynamic treatment, involves using a pressurized water machine and is the only technique that can thoroughly remove all types of particulates from both the inlet and outlet channels of the filter insert. The jet of working fluid is directed from the outlet side of the filter—usually the unblocked outlet channels—allowing the water and detergent to permeate the micropores in the walls that separate the channels and reach the clogged inlet channels.

Operating conditions can require our products to be service rated above 60,000psi operating pressure, with tensile strengths greater than 220ksi. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.
