GENERAL OPERATION The machine is built-up of a rotating plate and a knot device that allow to create the requested wire ties. When the cycle is running, the pinch roll insert the wire in the machine and the rotating plate starts to rotate creating the wire ties. The crossed ends of the wire are held together and twisted by rotation of the gripper. AUTOMATIC CYCLE When the operator press the “start” button, the automatic cycle command is sent to the machine. This signal allow to insert the wire into the rotating plate following the sequence below: - Realignment and lifting of the twister. - Realignment of the wire step cylinder. - Closing of the pinch roll. - Moving forward of the puller. - Insertion of the wire by means of forward rotation of the pinch roll. When the twister is in high position, the puller is moved forward, in order to pull out the wire ties. With a time delay, the machine starts a new tying cycle (according to the number of the ties set in the operator’s panel).

Mobile Pile Turner Maxi Toppy Adv is an electrically powered pile turner used to quickly overturn piles is small areas. It is ideal for the large formats of the graphic industry, as it can handle pallets of paper up to a maximum weight of 1800 kg, and with size from 70 x 100 cm up to large formats of 120 x 160 cm.

This version of Master Toppy can effortlessly be managed by the operator from the control panel. The air jogger allows for sheet separation , alignment and dust removal.

Maxi Toppy mobile pile turner comes with flat legs that are ideal for loads of carboard up to 1500 Kg and sizes up to 1500x2000mm. The base is wide and the legs are lower than the pallet and easy to insert. The pile turner is electrically powered and doesn't need much space.

Vaporizing machine Saturno – Designed to relax the textile fibers and allow dimensional stability. The fabric in entrance, as plaite, big or small roll, is overfed and spread on a perforated conveyor belt that carries it through the different working fields. The first two sections of the treatment system are constituted by high temperature vaporizing tunnels, realized in stainless steel with anti-condensation units. Between the two sections there is a device that makes the belt vibrate to facilitate the relaxation and shrinkage of the fibers. At the output of the last steaming tunnel, an adjustable forced hot air drying group is installed. In the final part of the machine there is a double cooling field blocking the movement of the fibers (thermic shock). Both the drying field and the cooling one are above the conveyor belt in order to avoid a direct contact between the air flows and the right side of the fabric.
