PCHAINS are manufactured according to the international regulation din 8187 and din 8188. They are made by top quality steel whose mechanical features are very high. During the automatized assembly the PCHAINS are put under tension to set the dimension and to avoid strain in the initial pressure. PCHAINS are lubricated in oil , packed in plastic bags and then put in cardboerd boxes. You can find in the list the most used products. We can also supply special chains upon request such as “fragmentated” and “ringclosed”. In 6 different dimensions they are suitable for electrical motors from size 63 (kw. 0.12 – 4 poles) to size 180 (kw.22 – 4 poles). The adjustable Motor Mountings are designed to solve the problem of the belt tension in power transmission.

This machine opens cans of any type, having a can height between 50mm and 270mm (other dimensions available on request). It is entirely made of stainless steel. Maintenance of the most exposed parts (blades and gears) is simple – there is no need for qualified staff. Cutting and opening of the can is carried out in a single movement using the same lever. Politubes, in conjunction with DuPont, has developed a special spiral-wound tube made of heat-shrinkable polyester (Mylar HS), which enables automated fixing of permanent magnets, thereby reducing the cost of assembling these motors.Important advantages are: 1.Unlike very expensive steel rings, the spiral-wound tube also wraps around and protects the ends of the magnets, which are also subject to corrosion. 2.The trimming that often has to be done during the assembly process when using rigid rings is avoided; the Politubes spiral-wound tube adheres perfectly to the magnets, taking their shape and protecting them from cracking and scratching; this also guarantees perfect balancing of the rotor. 3.Part of the assembly process is removed, since potentially costly and often manual bandage with tape impregnated with epoxy resins can be eliminated; this avoids as well lenghty resin activation time in oven; productivity is thereby increased and hidden production costs reduced.
