S-Ply® is the registered name for composite leaf springs that are manufactured by Prause Durotec. The reinforcing material has a strictly parallel-oriented, non-interlaced glass or carbon fibre structure. The fibres are neither pre-stretched nor bent. In contrast to metallic materials with an isotropic structure, they are direction dependent and therefore can be aligned to suit the material structure.   Epoxy resin compounds are used as binding agents. Their special balanced composition ensures high adhesion to the glass fibre surface, resulting in optimum dynamic and electrical properties. The ratio of matrix resin and reinforcement fibres has been chosen to profit from all of the benefits offered by the raw materials selected to form the composite material.   The matrix fulfils a number of important tasks. The CLA LC-01 and LC-1 are bidirectional, inductive type force sensors. The measurement system is composed of a displacement transducer which mobile core is linked to two leaf copper beryllium springs. The spring flexion measurement, which is proportional to the force to be measured, is performed by inductive sensor with carrier frequency. The measurement shaft is interchangeable, allowing the use of special shaft.

Black Prince is a tightening seal made of black polypropylene. It is classified as a tightening seal. The seal consists of a catch as well as a locking mechanism and a tail part. The locking mechanism contains a four-leaf spring steel collet, which provides reliable protection against tampering. The seal has an extended working length of 385 mm (15.16") for easy use on large and bulky objects. The lock provides reliable protection with a four-leaf collet made of spring stainless steel, where the leaves are slightly lifted upwards. When there is an attempt to pull the seal tail backward, out of the lock, the collet leaves drop down and cut the tail part off, thus rendering the product unusable. It means that you will always have visible evidence on the seal if there has been an attempt of external interference.

The Arrow V3 tamper-evident polypropylene tightening seal. The structure of the seal features a catch, a locking mechanism, and a tail part. The locking mechanism is equipped with a four-leaf metal collet of spring stainless steel. The operating length of the seal is 385 mm (15.16"). The locking mechanism features the leaves of the collet that are pointed in one direction, thus blocking the reversal movement of the seal tail, and preventing its opening unnoticed. If anyone tries to open the seal and pull out the tail - the lock cuts the tail off and the seal can not be restored. A transparent cap is placed on top of the collet, which protects it from external damage and makes it possible to check its integrity at any time. The cap also glows under the UV light, which makes it easier to detect the seal or check it in poor light or darkness by using a special UV flashlight.
