The QS View software package is intended for dimensional control in 2D or 3D QS-View 2D / 3D software for all measuring tasks 3D representation of an irregular body for determination of volume and weight. With the 2D / 3D software a wide variety of parameters can be processed and displayed, e.g. length, width, angle height, gap, presence, volume (resp. weight), seam geometry (height, width), gap dimensions. Due to the modular structure of the software, customized specialties can be added any time. Each module delivers the results to an individual output module. The universal SPC interface allows simple connection to S7 controllers via Ethernet. 2D / 3D software developer kits are available for integrators with corresponding knowhow.

When using high-performance CO2 lasers for welding applications, metal mirrors are usually preferred for beam guidance. Depending on the desired application, the configuration of the machining head is composed of modular individual components according to customer requirements. The possibilities are almost unlimited, ranging from the simplest welding head to complex 3D machining heads. The FH40/C focusing heads are used for laser power up to 5 KW and raw beam diameters up to max. 30mm, the FH60 focusing head for laser power up to 15 KW and raw beam diameters up to max. 50mm. All optical units have connections for direct water cooling, are available with different coatings and are generally available from stock. In addition to the cross-jet for the efficient reduction of splashes and smell on the mirror optics, protective gas feeds with a lateral or coaxial flow direction are also offered for targeted coverage of the welding torch.

Flexible silicone heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures up to 200°C, with self-adhesive foil 180°C should not be exceeded. Higher temperatures of 230°C are possible for a short time without destroying the heater. The temperature that will be reached within the application, generally is not easy to predict, as there are many influencing factors. In addition to the power, resp. surface load, this also includes mass and type of the material to be heated (thermal conductivity, surface quality, etc.) installation / assembly situation (bonded, vulcanised, clamped, etc.), ambient temperature, air movement and, of course, the control technology used. The system allows for quick control, precise adjustment, and, above all, high quality. Processing combines milling and drilling on a machine with a rotary table measuring 1800x2000mm and a load capacity of 10 tons.

ino XP 8000 is a Gantry type 4 axis CNC machining center for processing profiles. The Maxi-Steel type of extra strengthened machine body has a huge rigidity and flexibility in processing profiles of 350 mm X 350 mm in 0,1 mm / 1-meter precision and 80 mt./min X-Axis speed. With the heavy body and the gantry type of machining bridge, it is possible to process the heaviest aluminium profiles, even hardened steel and stainless steel profiles. The clamping units are moved automatically by the column, and the data is collected from the 3D CADCAM profile machining software that generates G codes from the profile drawings. All profile data can be imported from dxf and dwg files very easily through the software. The machining operations can be programmed by using the ready macros for drilling and milling. The machine has a 7.5 kW 24.000 rpm spindle with adjustable speed for different thicknesses of materials.
