We have available a wide range of sizes, shapes and capacities, but we can also make a sppecific design just for you. They are made to order in a range of papers as to meet the clients’ specifications. The print is also personalised, in offset or flexography technologies. We also have several prints in stock, like a beautiful wood pattern imitation print. They are conic or self-assembling compact cardboard baskets, that can be delivered already built or flat (pre-cut). We can also produce an alternative in corrugated cardboard, for those companies that need an additional protection for their products. These baskets are perfect as a container for fruits and vegetables, as well as cookies or chocolates. All our products are certified for food contact - ISO 22000. Cardboard laminated with PET that can be printed or colored. It can be suitable for food contact and it is easily die-cut to manufacture boxes, plates, trays or other food containers that can be used to store and refrigerate foodstuffs. We can manufacture the cardboard pre-cut in the size required by the client or we can alternatively supply the whole cardboard in any size for the client to perform its own manufacturing process. This cardboard can be laminated and printed in one or both sides, and its weight can be adapted according to client requirements. Bench cutter with lever, portable, suitable for cutting of cardboard corners. Equipped with ergonomic handle with safety latch to lock it when the cutter is not in use and a small compartment for storing rulers, blades, markers and pens and leave the workbench ordered. Operation is very simple, simply enter the portion of the corner you want to cut into the slot and pull the lever down. The cutter is used during packaging operations to cut safety corners, normally 2 meters long, into smaller pieces to be placed on the corners of boxes and pallets to strengthen them and protect them during transport.

HORIZONTAL DOUBLE CUTTERS BD 122 - BD 220 Universal cutters for cutting paper, corrugated cardboard, reinforced papers and polythene, polyethylene foil, polyethylene bubble, polyethylene foam. This series is very useful because you can use at the same time two different materials. The use of the cutter is extremely simple: it is necessary to carry the material to the desired length and manually operate the blade holding carriage, the cut is clean and precise in both directions. All the cutters are mounted on a frame complete with coil holder and rubber feet, on request may have the wheels with brake. For reasons of space the product is shipped disassembled. The cutter can be equipped with: RHOMBOIDAL BLADES: suitable for cutting plastic film, polyethylene foil, bubble wrap or foam. Hannecard provides covered rollers for stripping used to separate the packaging from the skeleton after die-cutting. These rollers are the counterpart of a metal roll with pins and air exhaust. The pins ensure the separation between the two cut parts of the cardboard yet wear out the rubber roller during operations, requiring regular recovering of the roller. Using Hannethane rollers allows you to reduce the recovering frequency by a ratio of 4 to 6.

The cut piece cardboard, which is put into the boxes for the purpose of dividing the box, is called intermediate cardboard, or in other words, it is called Separator Cardboard. Intermediate cardboard is used for most works, for example, it is placed behind tables, mirrors and frames for support, or in the textile industry for the wrapping of tablecloths and similar goods of certain lengths, or it is placed on the bottom and top of the boxes to eliminate the difference in the level of the covers. But generally, end users also use the intermediate cardboard as a separator, such as a separator, sometimes after a kind of goods is placed up to half or a certain part of a box, an intermediate cardboard is placed on those goods and a different product is filled on the intermediate cardboard, or sometimes the intermediate cardboard is filled. The cardboard is placed vertically on the parcel as a divider.
