Surface mount inductors are used for heating processes in the food industry, in packaging machines or in embossing processes in the graphics industry. The material thickness of the heated tools can be reduced due to the surface energy input. This increases the dynamics of the process and saves energy.

The controller is a fieldbus device for the control of up to 7 power modules from the modular heating System from Kendrion, which are directly connected via the module bus. In addition to system monitoring, the controller can also control or regulate the individual output channels of all power modules. Actual temperature values can be delivered directly via CAN fieldbus or provided by a higher-level controller e.g. a PLC.

The induction generator module is designed to supply up to 6 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 3 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied. The output power is controlled via the Kendrion controller of the modular industrial heating system. The setting range from 0% to 100% can be selected individually for each channel. By using state-of-the-art semiconductor switches, the output stages achieve high efficiencies, at working frequencies up to 25 kHz.

With our CNC-wire-laying technology is it very easy to integrate functions like heaters for Anti-Icing/De-Icing or surface sensors for detections of structural problems in carbon or glass fiber parts. We can manufacture dimensions up to 2500x8000mm.

CSN® Explosionproof flange heaters are used for heating of various gases and liquids in hazardous areas. The devices are manufactured in various designs. Temperature controllers and temperature sensors from Klöpper Therm are used in all electric heating systems in which the temperatures of the heated areas must be reliably measured and controlled with precision.

Complete ready to install heating mats, with or without spare heating cable, consisting of heating cable, cold lead and temperature sensors. Concrete floor heatings from Klöpper Therm are the optimum protection against dangers from black ice in cold stores. Concrete brings heat from outside into the cooling chamber. Thereby the temperature of the concrete along the heat flow falls to the temperature of the cooling chamber. The moisture stored in the warmer air condenses on the cold concrete surface through which black ice can form. Dangers through the exchange of warmer and colder air arise particularly in the area of locks. When, through repeated opening of the doors, condensation from the walls and ceilings falls on the floor and black ice forms, it can lead to accidents. In consequence of the effects of permanent cold, doors can freeze solid at the seals and be severely damaged.

Complete ready to install heating mats, with or without spare heating cable, consisting of heating cable – completely embedded in a hard PVC film – and cold lead, length to customer specification, up to 180 m possible. The approved heating mat developed by Klöpper Therm works against the penetration of cold in to the ground and prevents upheaval of the ground and destruction of the foundations. Cold stores and cooling chambers give off cold to their environments. In the area of partly or fully sunk in the ground supports, foundations and floors the underlying soil receives the cold. If the natural heat flow from the environment and the earth is insufficient, the moisture in the ground freezes, expands and the ground is lifted. Depending on the nature of the ground, this may cause substantial damage to buildings. Frost heave protection in cold stores and cooling chambers is, therefore, an essential and a reliable preventative measure against frost damage and damp.

The visualising software UnIWIn allows the heating controllers UNIPLEX III to be clearly displayed and easily operated and offers access to the current state of heating circuits connected. Plants consisting of a number of individual electric heating systems can be configured as logical, procedural groups by the UnIWIn software. The system structure can be matched to these groups. For a perfect overview, all important heating circuit and system data, the state overview and a message archive with different sorting and selecting functions are permanently accessible on the processor.

CSN® Explosionproof screw plug or flanged immersion heaters ( Ex ) are perfectly suited for direct heating of liquids or gas / air mixtures in hazardous areas. The devices are available with attached or integrated temperature monitoring systems. For these heaters various high quality stainless steel grades are available. The electical immersion heater type 94./..EEs….T.(.) is designed for the heating of liquids and quit gasair mixtures in the zone 1 and zone 2. The standars elements, mentioned in this list are suitable for DGRL (code 97/23/EG) Art. 3 Para. 3. CSN® explosionproof flow heaters are used for heating up flowing gases and liquids in hazardous areas. The devices consist of explosionproof flanged immersion heaters, which are installed in corresponding pipe or pressure vessel. CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are eminently suitable for direct heating and warming of liquids of all kinds. Corresponding to the nature of the different media protective coverings of steel, various special steel types or porcelain can be selected. The electric heating inserts of CSN®cartridge type heating elements may be installed or dismounted without the necessity of draining the liquids from the container. The CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are manufactured for nominal voltages from 110 up to 690 volts D.C. and A.C. In the case of higher heating capacities 3 or more elements each, being individually divisible by the factor 3 can be star or delta connected to 230 and 400 volts A.C. threephase mains. At 12 kW and a related length the elements are fabricated for 400 volts A.C. threephase delta connections. In any case the desired voltage and type of current has to be stated.

CSN® screwin heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screwin or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. CSN® PreHeater consists of one or more CSN® Flow Heaters, which are equipped with a valve and a pump, as well as standalone controller.Combustion engines requiring immediate operational readiness must be preheated before starting. The wellknown cold start problems are eliminated and the engine can be operated at full load from the beginning. Furthermore, cold start wear is considerably reduced.
