The HP-N-Ex ionizing air blower consists of a motor and a fan. The ambient air is drawn on one side and blown off along an anti-static bar. The effective ionizing width is 500 mm. This ionisation blower has been approved for use in certain explosion-hazardous environments. The VolumION is a very robust ionizing air blower with an effective ionising width of 500 mm. The VolumION consists of a motor, two fans and an ionisation unit. Ambient air is drawn on two sides and blown off along three anti-static bars. The air flow that is drawn in is adjustable on both sides. The Aerostat Sentry ionizing air blower neutralises static charges perfectly. The Sentry has been designed for areas where static electricity causes problems, ranging from dust and dirt attraction to uncomfortable electrical shocks to personnel. The Sentry is ideal for light industrial environments and it increases productivity. In the airknife tube a high air pressure appears and is flowing out of the airknife narrow outflow opening. The anti-static bar produces positive and negative ions which are blown onto the surface by the airknife. The electrons will now be exchanged, which causes the surface to be neutralised and the impurities to be removed. For use in hazardous zones, the Typhoon with the P-Sh-N-Ex anti-static bar is approved. Airpressure sensor Each Typhoon system is supplied with an airpressure sensor wich can measure the air pressure inside the airknife. If the pressure drops under the required level, the system does not work optimal. A system check is then neccessary, often it appears that the air filter needs to be cleaned.
