The AccuCarb® LTA Sensor is specially designed oxygen probe for annealing atmospheres and temperatures. While the electrode designs of standard oxygen probes fall short due to the high impedance of the device at annealing temperatures, the unique electrode contact and solid electrolyte substrate of the AccuCarb® LTA takes care of this problem. The sensor is also gas-tight for hydrogen applications to ensure safe operation.

The AccuCarb® Ceramic Probe is a high accuracy zirconia oxygen sensor designed for the heat treating industry. AccuCarb® Ceramic Probe is a patented, ceramic sheathed probe, high temperature probe, specifically designed for generator and for metal sintering applications. The standard model has an integral type K thermocouple and a tube fitting for air purge burnout of soot.

The AccuCarb® Carbon/Oxygen Probe is a high accuracy zirconia oxygen sensor designed for the heat treating industry. This carbon sensing probe is a new, second generation zirconia sensor, specifically designed for highest accuracy, longest life and lowest cost. The AccuCarb® Advanced Probe is specifically designed for thermal toughness and can be installed and removed from a hot furnace in one-quarter of the time of conventional carbon sensors.

Probe Buddy™ is a smart testing device that checks the integrity and health of an oxygen probe from United Process Controls and from other manufacturers. It’s also used to imitate the output signals of a working probe to check the scaling and operation of the process control system. United Process Controls' probe certification program is designed to maximize the life of a probe and ensure the most accurate readings possible. All probes are tested in a certified atmosphere against a probe standard and must meet deviation criteria.

The extracellular OCR Plate AssayKit includes an oxygen Probe, which has the property of increasing phosphorescence intensity asthe oxygen concentration in the medium decreases, and mineral oil blocks the influx of oxygen from the air. After measuring the phosphrescence intensity according to the extracellular oxygen concentration with a fluorescent microplate reader, the OCR of the cells is calculated based on the Stern-Volmer equation.

BTF designs and builds ovens for performance of fire resistance testing according several standards. We have experience in the construction of vertical, horizontal and combi ovens which are built for fire resistance trials –under controlled pressure and temperature. The furnaces are equipped with all the instruments needed for the monitoring, the acquisition and the processing of data. We continuously develop our own software using Siemens material for the automatic monitoring of the ovens during tests on the basis of a programmed curve and with data measured by the various sensors and probes (temperature, pressure, oxygen, radiation, deflection,…) The ovens can be flexible and equipped with a loadbearing system, an outdoor chimney with an extraction or treatment of flue gas, walkways, camera, deflection measurement system, etc. We also manufacture frames, removable walls and caps to modulate space in ovens according to tested samples. We move, adapt and renovate existing installation.

The measuring probe is in the form of a lance 1000 mm long and contains an oxygen sensor. The end of the lance driven into the compost has a rounded head, so that the compost components encountered "on the way" do not stick into it. The probe is powered by direct current with a rated voltage of 12VDC or 24VDC, while the data on measurements are transmitted, depending on the version of the device, by wired or wireless. The oxygen probe in the version with wireless data transmission can be equipped with two network interfaces depending on the demand. In the wired version, the data signal is realized in the analog 4-20mA or digital form via the CAN bus. The second solution is to transfer data directly to the cloud via the LoRa network. This type of transmission allows you to cover a huge area with a radius of several kilometers in a star topology with one base station or through the public network.

This reliable oxygen probe is suitable for use in carburizing, carbonitriding, neutral hardening and generator applications.

The AtmoProbe™ is an industrial atmosphere sensor that provides extremely accurate and repeatable measurements, and may be used in a variety of atmosphere measurement applications. The proprietary design of the AtmoProbe™ utilizes a 100% solid zirconia electrolyte sensor mounted within a solid zirconia seat. The solid slip-cast zirconia sensor eliminates seams and seals near the measurement point that typically cause offsets and premature failures of most oxygen probes. Furthermore, the unique secondary 100% zirconia seat serves as a shock absorber and provides an extremely robust mechanical design that can handle repeated temperature cycling and mechanical stresses without damage.

The Protherm 50 is used for calculating and controlling residual oxygen, partial pressures of oxygen, temperature, nitriding depth or the carbon potential. An oxygen probe, a Lambda probe or a CO2 analyzer can be attached for taking readings and calculating the parameters.

The FurnaceDoctor®-Pro provides accurate infrared measurement of CO, CO2, and CH4 and computes the % carbon, Dew-point and expected O2 probe millivolts. Used with both endothermic and exothermic atmospheres.
