Preparation system for granulation (PSfG) is our proprietary solution whose task is to stabilise and maintain the moisture content of the material fed to the granulation section at a level of ± 0.5% and to dose an appropriate amount of binder (e.g. corn meal), which significantly impacts on improving the physical and chemical properties of the final product. Stable moisture content and the addition of the proper amount of binder have a key impact on obtaining and maintaining high quality parameters of the pellets produced, such as: calorific value, hardness, strength, amount of ash after burning and dust content in the pellets. Proper moistening and maintaining the humidity of the sawdust at the required level greatly facilitates the compacting and binding of the material particles into granules, and thus enables to achieve a uniformly high quality of granules.

CJS 25 HI is an electronic dosing device with load cells for semi-automatic filling of bags with max weight 25 kg. Hopper capacity 300 l, bags weight 2-25 kg. The machine is suitable for the automatic dosage of granular products with a good flowability. The dispenser is mainly formed by a welded and painted tubular steel, stainless steel, loading hopper with pneumatic closing, fast discharge channel, slow discharge channel with vibrator to achieve the exact weight, weighing hopper installed on load cells, pneumatic device for locking the empty bag, PLC operator interface and user-friendly keyboard. The dispenser can be combined with a motorized conveyor for automatic loading of the product and to a free or motorized conveyor for unloading the full bag, it can also be combinated with an automatic packaging machine. Loader ZZ-120 loads any kind of grain, granules, pellets, etc. in any wagons and containers. Loader capacity up to 120 tons per hour. The flight range of the grain is up to 20 meters, the height is up to 9 meters and is regulated in 1 second. Grain loader ZZ-120 can rotate around 360 degrees. This allows you to load grain and other bulk cargo into wagons and containers of any length and height. The ZZ-120 grain loader consists of a trimmer with a support and an electric motor, a special trimmer pipe and a control panel. Electricity consumption for loading 1 ton of grain is only 0.046 kWh. A frequency converter can be additionally mounted in the control panel, which provides additional opportunities for regulating the range and height of the flight of grain. Unlike FulFiller container loading system, there is no need to hook the ZZ-120 grain loader directly onto the container itself using a forklift.

The PZM-170P mobile handler with a conveyor is designed to receive any grain, seeds, granules, pellets in a granary, grain cleaning complex, as well as quick transshipment of bulk cargo from trucks, trailers and other vehicles to any loaders, ships in the port, on the railway or in any other place. This portable handler can also be used to transfer grain from grain trucks to other transport equipment, elevators, augers, belt conveyors, big bags, etc. We produce a whole range of mobile grain loaders designed for use in farms, grain receiving points, elevators, ports on the railway and just in the field. They differ in volume, overall dimensions and adaptation to different models of conveyors. Portable grain loaders of our production have a simple reliable design. The SOMOS® RDF dryer is used for drying hygroscopic polymer pellets. It consists of compact RDF modules which can be flexibly combined, are capable of autonomous operation and have drying capacities of 10 kg/h to 250 kg/h per module.
