M-100 is a universal- fast cutting mixture of extremely fine and medium fine abrasive particles with outstanding polishing action. Formulated to simplify all normal buffing and mould preparation, and for maintenance and repairs of polyester and epoxy moulds. Recommended for removal of sanding marks and mould imperfections, a one­product-system, giving a deep gloss finish, also on finished parts for a final touch-up of hazy or dull finishes. For high temperature machine buffing. Contains no additives harmful to polyester gelcoats or epoxy surfaces. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

M-150 Super Finish is a top quality formula containing extremely fine and uniform abrasives with outstanding polishing action for hand er high temperature machine polishing. Especially developed for polishing of polyrethane Iaquire and gel-coated or epoxy surfaces where a super finish is required. Also recommended for use on finished parts for a fast touch-up of imperfect er dull surfaces. M-150 has an extremely gentle cutting action to achieve the smoothest, high gloss finish possible, and requires therefore a good basis surface prior to application. lt is recommended to use OSKAR'S M-100 for the removal of deeper sanding marks er surface imperfections. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

M-50 is developed to simplify all common heavy duty buffing, formulated especially for the preparation and the maintenance of Polyester and Epoxy moulds er surfaces. Developed for quick and easy remo­val of coarse marks and scratches, remaining on the surface after the „wet and dry" sanding procedures. For the final deep gloss finish, OSKAR'S M-100 BUFFING AND POLISHING COMPOUND is recommended. Contains no additives harmful to Polyester gelcoats er Epoxy surfaces. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. The modular design allows adaptation to almost all requirements and subsequent expansion or automation is possible at any time. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. The workpieces are cleaned within a few minutes. The cleaning result is always perfect and reproducible. The subsequent rinsing process is followed by stain-free post-cleaning or preservation. The WIWOX® ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all steel moulds as well as brass and copper parts. Especially tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing, aluminium die casting and gravity die casting.

Generally suitable for the removal of dust, metal chips, surfactants, stearates and polishing paste. Preparation of parts for downstream processing such as joining (by clinching, etc.), assembly and packaging. Cleaning of machined parts (after turning, milling, drilling, etc.). Particularly suitable for the removal of grease, oil, wax, resins, corrosion protection agents and esters. Generally suitable for the removal of dust, metal chips, surfactants, stearates and polishing paste. Preparation of parts for downstream processing such as joining (by clinching, etc.), assembly and packaging. Cleaning of machined parts after turning, milling or drilling, grinding, polishing, lapping and honing, punching and forming (stamping & bending, deep drawing, extruding, etc.).

With fako® Polishing paste No.9311 a care product is available, which is specially developed for the properties of Plexiglas, other acrylic glass and plastics. Polishes deep scratches and scrapes. Matt surfaces become clear again, scratches and scrapes are removed. Unsightly panes become flawless again! The treatment process is quite simple. Clean dirty surfaces with clear lukewarm water and a clean, soft viscose sponge until adhering dirt is removed. Put some fako® Polishing paste No. 9311 with lint-free fako® special polishing cloth on the moistened surface and polish under pressure in circular movements until the surface is dry. Polish to a gloss with another dry fako® special polishing cloth until the residues are removed and the surface is dry and clear. When removing deep scratches, the polishing process may cause matt spots. In this case we recommend an after-treatment with fako® Polishing milk No.9322.

Fully automated spray jet cleaning system with rotating ramps, upward-opening curtain and roll-out worktable. It may include several stages of cleaning: washing, rinsing, drying. All stages are performed in one chamber. The washer is designed for cleaning large parts weighing up to 1,5 ton starting from cooling mixtures, dust, shavings, composites, oil after stamping, conservation lubricants, polishing pastes, emulsions, oil products. The efficient cleaning of surfaces that helps to remove a wide variety of contaminants is carried out with an alkaline cleaning solution heated to a predetermined temperature.
