The energy costs of a compressed-air system are decisively influenced by the pressure drop occurring during compressed-air filtration. To maintain the required operating pressure, this pressure drop needs to be compensated by correspondingly higher compressor performance. The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1021 series are designed as differential cylinders for applications with high quality requirements in stationary mechanical engineering. All cylinders work with low friction and are characterized by a stick-slip free run. Hub and piston rod protrusions are variable selectable. The cylinder is connected via a head flange mounting with centering shoulder and a threaded shoulder on the piston rod. There are connections for high pressure flanges to SAE 6.000 P.S.I as well as vent holes for a free installation position. With the exception of the piston rod and SAE flange surfaces, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. As with all D-line products, the chip-in-oil technology developed by KELLER is used here, uniting a pressure measuring cell, digital temperature compensation and signal processing in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy.The I2C interface and the low supply voltages make it easy to integrate in microcontroller-based systems. The extremely low power consumption is ideal for battery-operated devices. The D line is perfect for IoT solutions.

These precision pressure regulators can be used in various applications. They convince through their small size, high flow rates and high accuracy. Their modular design allows a cost optimized configuration. High reliability and maintenance free use are ensured for a long lifetime. The pressure setting is done by an adjusting screw. The pressure regulator versions with bleeder ports can be used for pressurized air or neutral gases. Due to their plastic housing these pressure regulators are light-weight and inexpensive. These pressure regulators are installed via flange connection on the bottom side. On request all pressure regulators can be adapted to different pressure levels or set to a specific output pressure. Seals can be changed from NBR to EPDM or Viton (FKM). Thereby it is easy to adapt the regulators to special media as oxygen (O2) or drinking water (H2O).

The 1''/1'' flowmeter is also called a flowmeter with flange pressure taps. The high pressure upstream measurement is 1 inch from the upstream edge of the plate and, symmetrically, the low pressure measurement is 1 inch from the downstream edge of the plate. This is often a pre-assembled complete set with orifice plate mounted between orifice flanges. Orifice flanges are standardized and manufactured to ASME B16.36. The orifice plate is manufactured in accordance with ISO 5167 or ASME MFC-3M.

The monoblock diaphragm and the ISA1932 monoblock nozzle are made from a solid round. The pressure taps are directly machined in the monoblock. They can be simply machined (pressure tapping holes) or supplied with nipples to connect directly to your installation. This type of diaphragm or nozzle has the advantage of being simple to install: simply mount it between single flanges or weld directly on the pipe for a version to be welded. All types of edges (sharp-edge, conical, quarter-circle, eccentric, segmental and multi-hole) can be made in a single-piece version. Flanged or corner pressure taps can be made in monoblock version.
