We coat rollers up to 3 m in diameter and weighing up to 2 t! We will be happy to provide you with rollers complete with wheels. We have good international contacts for procuring wheels made from steel, aluminium and stainless steel. Upon request we can mill a profile in the coating or form profiles directly during casting.

Space-saving in a vertical (e.g. for retrofitting) but also in a horizontal version, our extruders are available in many variations for your specific needs. For applications with larger throughputs, we have high-quality extruders with heat-separated feed zone cooling, which deliver a high-quality melt for the further process. We also offer coordinated screw designs for special materials such as PVC, PA, EVOH, E-PET or adhesive layers.

There are a variety of methods used to process plastic. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages and are better suited for specific applications. There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Our injection department is also involved in injection molds testing. We test injection molds for tool shops and customers who import molds, e.g. from China. In addition to tool testing, we also assess the quality of workmanship, check the compliance of the construction documentation with the actual state and possible modifications to the forms.

BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.
