Rapeseed oil is obtained by processing rapeseed. Biochemical properties of this product are not inferior to olive oil – it contains a large amount of vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids: polyunsaturated Omega-3 and Omega-6 and monounsaturated Omega-9. Unrefined rapeseed oil has a nutty smell, a rich taste and an amber color. During refining, the product is cleaned of impurities as much as possible, thanks to which the shelf life is extended, and the taste and aroma become neutral.
