The estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, locality « Clôs du Blanc », facing north and 2690 feet above sea level. Our vines grow on a variety of land, plains, valleys and hills, so they can fully express the potential of this unique soil. Our vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino. An ancient and very fine lot of Syrah overhangs the estate to the north-west : 0,65 acresplanted way back in 1947. This lot is historical in the vineyard as well as in Provence, since very few lots were planted with this type of vines before 1950. Brilliant idea of a brilliant mind ? Experiment of a passionate ? The question will remain unanswered. Two lots of Grenache and Syrah, planted on hillside more than 985 feet above sea level, give us a great vue on the Luberon hills, the medieval castle of Le Puy Sainte Réparade and the Sainte Victoire mountain.

Saint Emilion Grand Cru Blend: Merlot - Cabernet Sauvignon - Cabernet Franc Ageing potential: Approximately 20 years Vinification : Harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed and then sorted by densimetric bath. This is followed by a week's pre-fermentation cold maceration and 10 days' alcoholic fermentation, during which the grapes are pumped over and the cap punched down. The wine is run off and then pressed before ageing for 15 months: 60% in new barrels and 40% in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The lush nose is full of aromas of ripe blueberries and blackberries combined with the characteristic nuances of black pepper and bay leaf. The body of the wine is full, with low acidity and a soft, velvety medium tannin. The aftertaste is bright, jam-like with notes of plum, undergrowth and wild berries. The wine will best manifest itself with meat pies, spicy poultry-based dishes or aged hard cheeses.

The frank fragrance shows expressive black berries framed by tones of tobacco and leather. The characteristic tones of coffee and cocoa beans are manifested in a medium-long aftertaste. The wine shows a rich taste combined with medium acidity and a young rough tannin. The perfect combination is spicy but not spicy dishes of pork, beef and lamb, served with baked potatoes.

Made from 100% grape, Malbec, Merlot and Syrah are typically red wines. Intense red with violet nuances. Infused with red fruits such as berries, plums, strawberry and raspberry. Notes of chocolate with touches of cassis and clove that reflect passage through oak barrels.

Made with the best Tempranillo grapes selected from our oldest vineyards, handpicked in small boxes and classified at the selection table. Malolactic fermentation and further aging for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Finally the wine stays at least 12 months in the bottle before it is sold.

Made with Viura and Malvasía grapes from our centenaries vineyards Finca Vitarán and Vizcarral, handpicked in small boxes and classified at the selection table. Alcoholic pre fermentation of must and grape’s skins at a controlled temperature of 8 ºC. Alcoholic fermentation of the juice, without being pressed, in new Hungarian oak barrels. Aged in new Hungarian oak barrels on its own lees during 3 – 4 months.

Produced in high resistance polymer with food grade, this material is known for its resistance of impact and fireproof; high cristallinity, being the ideal option for protection against acts of vandalism. Similar to glass, resistant to washing machine, increased ability to retain hot and cold. This product has a high degree of cristalinity, and is usable in the microwave.

Wine made with 80% Tempranillo grapes and 20% Graciano variety from the Alto de Mindiarte ecological vineyard, harvested manually in small boxes and selected at a selection table. Elaboration of Bordeaux style, with destemming and crushing of bunches. Malolactic fermentation undergoes in new American and French oak barrels followed by an aging process where its lies for 18 months. After this process, the wine has a minimum remaining period of 12 months in the bottle.

Variety: Tempranillo 100% Pattern: Richter 110 and Chasela 41 Year of Planting Year: 1982 Land: Finca San Andrés. Calcareous clay with a lot of boulders and a lot mineral. It has its slope facing north and in turn protected by the great mountains that make it warm in winter to that has few touche. Tasting notes Fine nose with blueberries and a touch of tobacco. Very little presence of oak, which leaves the passage to some fruits black and delicate fine leathers, with highly integrated tannins. It is the result of the best Tempranillo grapes that are destemmed. The grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes to be selected first by clusters and then by grains. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels in which the wine remains on its lees and matures for 30 months. Finally stay for 18 months minimum in bottle before going to market.

Cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo and garnacha. Intense cherry color with violet hues, deep and bright. On the nose it has a good intensity with a clean and marked aroma varietal character reminiscent of ripe fruit with an elegant touch of violet. The mouthfeel is gentle noticing the tannins in conjunction with floral nuances that lead to a long and elegant aftertaste.

WINEMAKING Destemmed, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in 1,000 l. stainless steel vats. The wine is then aged in used French oak barrels for only 9 months in order to preserve the delicate notes and exceptional character. TASTING NOTES Intense and vibrant red fruit -raspberries, red currant combined with a bright zesty acidity. To finish it off, the spectacular floral nose floats above it all.

Elaboration: Wine made from white grapes of the Viura variety and red grapes of the Garnacha variety, according to the following process: Manual harvesting, partial destemming, sulphiting, crushing and pressing of the grapes to obtain a must that is cooled in the exchanger towards the settling tank. It is set off by the flotation technique with the help of nitrogen, which drags the turbidity upwards and the clean must is transferred to the alcoholic fermentation tank. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16ºC, with a dosage of fermentation aids and oxygen, to develop its aromatic potential and facilitate the end of fermentation. After a 10-day rest, it is racked with its fine lees, until 20 days later it is clarified. Stabilization and bottling. Presentation: Bottle: Bordeaux 75 cl. Cap: 45 * 24 micro granulated cork or aluminium screw cap.
