The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

Shade cards can provide a quick all-inclusive view of your line and come with a large assortment of layout options for a broad variety of materials including fabrics, leather, vinyl, wall coverings, wire, and paper. Textile shapes and edges can be presented in a variety of styles and the product information can be printed directly onto the card. The weight of the card is customizable based upon the card stock selected to best suit the fabric being presented.

The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).

With Novartos Multi triple sampling, a triple multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the length, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with three sample inserts fot the triple sampling.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

Automatic filling and draining and temperature gradient control helps the operator to create the cycle as per demand. The sample holder movement speed is adjustable and effects positively to optimize the wash effect. Sample Books are individual samples that are positioned directly on top of one another and permanently bound together. The cover, edges and spine can be customized and the Books can be created in a large variety of shapes and sizes. The swatches can be arranged in a single uniform stack or compiled with a diverse assortment of sizes. Typically the edges are finished by pinking but they can be overlocked or straight as well.

Novartos Uno sampler with two or three sample chambers, for one sample zone. Novartos the Pharma zone sampler for sampling according to FDA guidelines for Unit-Dose-Sampling. It is now possible to withdraw a double- or triple-sample without inserting the lance repeatedly into the bulk material. Mixing is mainly prevented in this way. One significant advantage of Novartos is the easy cleaning. Complete filling and emptying of sample chambers has been improved substantially using computer-optimised geometry. There are no crevices or dead spaces where sampling residues can collect.

The LCPD BOX is a full extractive sampling probe assembly which extracts the sample gas through a probe & heated filter to remove particulates.

The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

The SteriPlast® sample scoop made of polystyrene is produced and assembled in our clean room of class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The sample scoop is ideal for powders, granulates and pastes. The scoop with transparent cover can be closed immediately after sampling and the sterility and exclusion of contamination can therefore be safeguarded. Ergonomics were particularly important to us for the design of the sample scoop. The SteriPlast® sample spoon made of polystyrene is produced in our clean room of class 7 (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. The sample spoon is available in two sizes, 2.5 ml (similar to a teaspoon) and 10 ml (similar to a tablespoon), and is ideal for sampling powders, granulates and fluids.

The sampling set SteriPlast® Kit consists of ten sample spatulas or ten sample scoops and ten SteriBag Premium tamper-proof sample bags. Thus the SteriPlast® Kit is the ideal combination for sampling where purity and sterility is essential. All parts are sterilised by gamma rays and suitable for use with foodstuffs. The scoops or spatulas are clean room manufactured and individually packed. The sample bag SteriBag Premium has an integrated sealing and is liquid-tight. A unique tracking code on both the bag and the tear-off field guarantees complete documentation and traceability. The spoon with curved spoon bowl is suitable for a wide range of different media including powders, granulates, pastes and liquids. The angled spoon shape is also good for reaching into the corners of a container. The long handle of the plastic spoon makes it possible to empty residue from large containers easily and can also reach into places that are hard to reach such as jerrycans with narrow necks. With laser generation, components are built up layer by layer from powdered metallic materials used in serial production such as 1.2709 steel or 1.4543 steel. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, this enables us to transfer your computer-generated 3D/CAD models reliably over to their physical form. Here, thin coats of the powder materials are applied to a base object before being melted using a laser into the desired contour. This process is continued on a revolving basis until the workpiece is complete with the final geometric form and the relevant functional properties. Incidentally, we reclaim excess powder material during this process and use all of it for later productions again. Our services in sample development also include technical springs, which we produce in small batches for your sample application. Traditional sample development services are a new addition to our portfolio. Here, we produce a small-scale series of your bent strip parts from original materials.

It is used for rapid inactivation and release of virus in samples, and the preservation of nucleic acid. It is suitable for collection, transportation and preservation of sample, etc. This kit consists of sampling swabs and preservation vials (including lysis solution and nucleic acid preservation solution). The great versatility of the new MultiEQP-100 makes of this unit an essencial instrument to treat and make metallic samples.
