JDN Cranes The delivery programme comprises explosion-proof overhead travelling cranes suspension cranes as well as slewing cranes which can be adapted to your individual demands as complete special installations are our speciality. According to necessities JDN hoists in motor trolleys or monorail systems are integrated in the crane installation. A comfortable and user-friendly pneumatic speed control is also available as for example the standard two speed control for crane and trolley drive. An infinitely variable speed control of the trolley and the hoist is also possible. GRP designs meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. We are always delighted to work on special projects for our customers. The task here was to design a special GRP crane platform with a stainless steel crane unit. This was developed and built by TC and is used to raise battery packs by approx. 1 m. The complete crane platform can be rolled manually to the respective place of use.

Telecrane remote controls are available in three distinct ranges, all made of reinforced polymers for optimal robustness. F21-E3M: Specifically designed for applications such as hoists or sanitation trucks, they offer between 2 and 6 functions ( with 1 step buttons). F24: Equipped with 12 to 52 functions, these remote controls are versatile. They are ideal to control aerial work platforms, special vehicles, overhead cranes, winches, cranes, hoists, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, PLC interfaces, and many other industrial machines. F25: Designed for a variety of equipment, they offer from 6 to 11 functions, especially for needs such as lifting or steering ( available with 1 or 2 steps buttons). Impregnation systems to close micropores in metal castings as well as in copper, aluminium or magnesium alloy castings. The parts to be impregnated are fixed in baskets. The latter are transported by a special crane system as well as with reservoir roller conveyors. Excess material is removed by centrifuging of the baskets. The impregnating agent remaining in the pores in fluid form is hardened by heating in a hot water bath. The process sequence runs fully automatically under a microprocessor control.

For standard size tanks a reliable transportation can be ensured by our own trucks with mounted hydraulic cranes. Special transports with extra wide loads, overlengths and large component heights are possible with our cooperate partners. Due to the near domestic port, apparatus of larger dimensions can be transported to the desired destination by ship. Our services include route planning, inclusive of obtaining the required permits and the hoisting gear needed for loading and unloading heavy components.
