Thermal cleaning in the WIWOX® IGS thermal system at up to 500° C removes all organic residues, even from fine bores. Depending on the melting and decomposition point of the residues, they are either melted or pyrolysed. The resulting exhaust air during the carbonization phase is burned in the afterburner chamber at over 850° C. Cleaning in the pyrolysis process requires subsequent post-cleaning. Inorganic components, oxidation residues, corrosion, etc. remain on the tool surface and must be removed. The ultrasonic process with acidic or alkaline cleaning media or the blasting process with organic and mineral abrasives are suitable for this purpose.

Raytek GS150 thermal imaging systems enable automated quality control in glass bending, forming, annealing, and tempering processes. The GS150LE variant is especially designed for Low-E (low emissivity) glass / one-side coated flat glass. It features automatic emissivity correction. This new fire resistant door system that has a fire resistance classification of EI260, resolves the security requirements in case of fire, allowing for the compartimentalization in fire sectors in the building and the evacuation of the users. It features a straight style in both sash and bead.

A new concept of a Euro-Groove hinged system capable of reaching the maximum levels of weather tightness, energy saving and acoustic protection with reduced assembly and fabrication time. With 80 mm of frame depth, it responds to the most severe climatic demands, and provides an unbeatable degree of energy efficiency thanks to its minimal window transmission value (UH) that can reach 0.8 W/m²K. These minimum values are achieved thanks to the perfect design of the thermal break zone with 45 mm tubular polyamide strips as well as the incorporation of cross-linked polyolefin both in the glazing space as well as the interior of the frame and sash. There is also the possibility of straight and chamfered sashes and for straight, chamfered and curved beads.

A 70 mm hinged hidden sash window system capable of uniting thermal features and profile slenderness. Thanks to its profile design, it maintains the sash totally hidden from the outside in such a way that it is impossible to distinguish between the fixed zones that the opening has and is achieved by minimizing the seen profile section up to 70 mm which then maximizes the window glazing surface.

A development of the Cor Galicia Premium series which is a mixed composite system comprising of aluminium and timber with thermal break and has a 66.4 mm frame depth which maintains the use of standard hardware and offers the possibility of triple adjustment and front fixing. With a seen internal section of only 18 mm, both in the mullion as well as the transom, this new façade system presents a minimalist style and slenderness allowing a total entry of light to the interior of the building. The mullion and transom profiles equalize its depth giving rise to a flush assembly that provides uniformity to the internal style of the façade. The glazing is achieved by fixing the glass using aluminium pressure covers, both in vertical as in horizontal, in such a way that the external view is 52 mm and internally is only 18 mm.
