Packaging for nuts can be in the form of a tray with a lid, or in the form of a glass with a plastic lid. Glasses are also made for selling salads, fruit slices, berries in them. To preserve perishable vegetables and fruits we make containers with MAP (shielding gases). This hermetically sealed container contains a special gas that blocks the development of putrefactive bacteria. EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is used to protect metal surfaces from mechanical and corrosive damage and as protective packaging for small items and replacement parts. When coming into contact with bare metal surfaces, board with no corrosion protection can experience corrosion. Abrasion-proof EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is visually indistinguishable from uncoated board. In practical applications it is advisable to use a combination of EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard and EXCOR VALENO Skin Film. During the skin packing process EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard binds optimally with EXCOR VALENO Skin Film, without emitting any odours.

Using a special process, trays of different dimensions or materials (corrugated board, fibre casting, plastic) are equipped with a VCI film true to contour. The VCI protection becomes part of the tray and - combined with a closed outer packaging - makes further corrosion protection unnecessary. You can directly load the trays, minimize the need for packaging components and optimize handling at the workplace. Trays made of cast fibre or corrugated board are ideal for one-way use. After use, the film and tray can easily be separated, so that both materials can be sorted and disposed of.
