Our Organic Olive Oil is produced in special production lines from Aegean olives grown with traditional methods, without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, without waiting and without allowing any kind of mixing. It is inspected by the international surveillance organization Ecocert at all stages from gardening, harvesting, up until consumer use. In order to preserve the superior qualities of the oil, it is presented in a dark glass bottle that protects this precious harvest from light.

North Aegean Region Edremit and Ayvalık olives are processed together to produce this unparalleled flavour and fruity-scent.

“Olgunca” is a brand new flavour from the Gulf of Edremit… This region is surrounded by Ida Mountains, which protect the olive trees from harmful winds like a natural windbreaker. The humid, cool Aegean summer sea-breeze blowing from the North Aegea covers olive trees with a protective mist. The olive oil obtained from the ripe olive harvest in this region after mid-December is clear, golden yellow in colour and has a fluid consistency. In addition to the unique taste and smell of ripe olives on the palate, it also leaves a light apple taste and smell. It is ideal for those looking for a different, gourmet zest in hot and cold dishes.

Moskonisi is the most ancient known name of the heavenly Cunda Island. You can feel the cool breeze blowing from the Ida Mountains when tasting this unique olive oil. Only olive trees growing at sea level are harvested to achieve this special gourmet taste.
