These ovens are ideal for small bakeries, however can also work very well in larger bakeries as a sec-ond oven for baking of smaller products such as baklava, pizza, pie, pastry, cake, sponge and all other yeast having dough types. Control panel is produced as touch screen or manual type. Up to 5 decks can be used on each and there is equipment which supply moist environment for fer-mented products at underside of the oven. Also the stainless steel table is available. The number of trays for each deck could be seen on technical specifications page. Each deck can be controlled individually between 0-300 C and heat of ceiling and base are managed as separately. It is only produced as an electrical. Holding heat of stone bases is in maximum level.Products can be observed clearly through glass doors and powerful enlightening. GEO brand drum heating furnaces are specially designed and manufactured based on the requirements of your process. It has a wide barrel capacity from 4 to 32. It offers a wide range of options with its single-chamber or multi-chambered, one- or two-layer production options, and also saves space with its multi-storey production option. Full Automation GEO barrel heating furnaces can be equipped with PLC control panel and HMI display with full automation for process control, reporting, process monitoring and also management of alarm conditions. The heating options of GEO barrel heating furnaces includes systems such as electric heating, open steam heating, and steam coils. Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

It has 4 inner sizes which are: - 60x80 cm -120x80 cm -120x120 cm -120x200 cm This oven is suitable for pizza, bread and pastry baking. Contains protection system against the voltage fluctuations. Each storey works independently from one another. Includes steam system. Heating sensors provide equal baking and energy saving. Door with piston and tempered glass.
