Me'Oliva Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by the mechanical methods such as washing, crushing, kneading, centrifugation and filtration processes in a thermal environment and no refining process is applied. It is always suitable for consumption in its natural state and has a maximum acidity of 2 per 100 grams of free oleic acid.
