Our RO system offers a versatile production capacity from 250 to 4,000 liters per hour. It features a stainless steel high-pressure pump and a user-friendly 7" touch screen PLC interface. To ensure precision and efficiency, a digital flow meter measures production and wastewater quantities, and flow rates can be adjusted with a stainless needle valve. Pressure sensors on the touch screen monitor network and membrane input pressure, automatically stopping the system and displaying errors if preset pressure values are exceeded. Users can monitor the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) value on the touch screen. The system includes three high-quality solenoid valves controlled by the PLC microprocessor for precise management. The electric panel ensures safety and longevity with Motor Protection and phase Protection functions. The system is housed in a visually appealing stainless cabinet.

It is designed to provide excellent control of microbiological growth, algea and associated deposits. MAKS 4080 is particularly well suited for use in systems with high levels of process contamination, as in the fertilizer, refinery, and chemical, industries. PRINCIPAL USES MAKS 2911 is an advanced "All-Organic" corrosion and deposit inhibitor for open-recirculating cooling water systems. lt is designed to operate at high alkalinities and hardness, minimizing or eliminating the need for makeup pretreatment. MAKS 2911 is effective over a broad range of application parameters. lt is best suited where the alkalinity in the recirculating system will be within the range of 100-500 ppm. The inbuilt chlorine stabilizer and biodispersant for better slime removal enhances the efficiency of oxidizing biocide programs. GENERAL DESCRIPTION MAKS 1300 is an aqueous blend of the neutralizing amines. PRINCIPAL USES MAKS 1300 is a neutralizing corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and complex condensate systems. MAKS 1300 can be used at steam pressures up to 160 bars and temperatures up to 4790C. REMARK: MAKS 1300 is in compliance with FDA regulations pertaining to boiler water additives. Maximum dosage in plants subject to FDA regulation does not to exceed 45 ppm in the steam. MAKS 1300 must not be used where the steam produced will contact milk or milk products.
