Turbo repairs. Within our turbocharger repair service, we encompass the installation of new journal bearings, thrust bearings, and seal rings, along with a thorough service overhaul. This comprehensive package also features a meticulous blasting and cleaning process for all parts that can be reclaimed. Additionally, should other components display signs of wear or at the request of the customer, we are equipped to replace them. Our expertise extends to repairing wastegates and pneumatic actuators as well. If turbos are involved, we can help you.

DuctSeal HG (Water & Gas) is a NEW re-enterable duct sealing system that is extremely flexible in its ability to seal large, heavy cables & pipes in ducted networks to protect and stop the ingress of harmful or flammable gases, liquids, smoke, and vermin. DuctSeal HG comes complete with our PATENT PENDING unique tubular rubber backing system that can be joined together in a long continuous strip, joined to make a ring/collar, but best of all, joined in a cross shape to create a perfect shape for separating trefoil/triplex cables. This unique design ensures DSEAR compliance but also aids the installer as it’s simple & quick to create the support & separation on large cables or pipes. The PATENT PENDING ULTIMATE backing system, which is one of a kind, is combined with our NEW Fybrid flexible intumescent, zero halogen, & zero Meko adhesive and sealing compound, GreyStuff. All are designed and manufactured in the UK.

The Kraso Universal circular cable transit seal is an optimal solution for cable entry through foundations & cable ducts offering enduring protection against flooding, gas infiltration, humidity, and rodent intrusion. Comprising two components, this seal can be effortlessly set up, even in damp environments and areas with flowing water. This duct sealing system excels in the most demanding conditions. It withstands high water and gas pressures while resisting toxic and hazardous substances. This universal penetration seal is crafted from high-quality, non-corrosive stainless steel V2A. Additionally, it features Kraso's unique patented Torque control nut, which simplifies installation, ensuring that all tightening nuts are neither under-tightened nor over-tightened.
