The Round Lead Seal is designed with two parallel holes and a knot chamber. During fitting the wire or string is threaded through the two parallel holes and crossed inside the knot chamber before closing with the sealing tool to prevent slippage. The LS31F Seal Cross-hole Lead Seal is designed so that the lashed wire is crimped together when the seal is compressed with the sealing tool. The effect of crimping the lashed wire together alleviates any chance of twisting the wire out of the hole without leaving clear evidence of tampering. To optimize security the sealing tool dies can be engraved to emboss or deboss characters /numbers/logo onto the seal so giving reference to the application user. The Acme Bolt Seal is an ISO 17712:2013 (E) compliant high security bolt seal, designed for high value ISO container cargo shipments. The Acme T Seal is a fixed length metal seal manufactured in Tin plated steel. The design features a unique double locking action and inspection holes in the lock box which enable the user and security personnel to view the tips of the "T" mechanism within the lock box ensuring the seal has been correctly locked and has not been pre-tampered. This seal cannot be disengaged by intrusion or manipulation, nor can it be dismantled or cut without leaving obvious traces. It can be manufactured in operating lengths of between 10cm to 95cm and is suitable for use in temperatures of -60ºC to 320ºC (-76ºF to 608ºF). The Acme X Seal is a versatile smooth ribbon pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material. The design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal spring insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut. The seal can be manufactured with a Short Tag (ST) or Long Tag (LT) in three different lengths and with a 2mm diameter ribbon making this seal ideal for most applications particularly where there are small sealing apertures. Our selection of Sealing Gaskets includes a number of bespoke solutions across a wide range of materials, this includes materials such as Nitrile, Graphite & SBR just to name a few. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

Enercon has two coil design types, each with several variations, to ensure the perfect coil is available for the size and type of your container and cap for your application to deliver perfect, consistent seals. Tunnel coils facilitate higher throughputs than the more traditional flat coils. The Deep Tunnel Coil is used for conical, spouted and other shaped caps. The All-in-One Coil is a variation of the Flat Coil. It is available with the Super Seal™ range and Super Seal™ Touch. This flat sealing head can be pivoted to accommodate various applications. Capable of sealing containers with cap diameters ranging from 20mm to 140mm, it is ideal for packagers who seal a variety of containers and offer the highest degree of sealing versatility. Packagers often don’t realise that the efficiency of the sealing operation depends on the design of the sealing head.

Gland seal systems very important to main and auxiliary turbines. Turbine shafts must exit their casings in order to couple up or connect with the unit that the turbines drive (reduction gears, pumps, etc.) The main and auxiliary gland seal systems enable the turbine to be sealed where the shaft exits the casing; in effect keeping "air out and steam in." The purpose of gland seal system is to prevent the leakage of air from the atmosphere into turbine casings and prevent the escape of steam from turbine casings into the atmosphere. The gland sealing system provides low pressure steam to the turbine gland in the final sets of labyrinth packing. This assists the labyrinth packing in sealing the turbine to prevent the entrance of air into the turbine, which would reduce or destroy the vacuum in the associated condenser. Excess pressure (excess gland seal) is removed by the gland seal unloader. Since there are times when steam escapes from the seals, a gland exhaust system is provided.

Supplied by the foot Two different types for different applications A range of sizes available Vacmagic gasket material available in a range of sizes and sold by the foot. The standard vacmagic pallets and bases use 0.17" diameter gasket material and the other available sizes are intended for custom pallets. This material comes in two colours: black for agressive coolant and long cycles and white for dry machining, water based coolants and small components.

The Star Gantry Sealer produces long, straight welds and is available in both free-standing and bench-mounted formats. The machine frame is constructed from an anodised aluminium profile, maximising rigidity whilst minimising weight. The gantry sealer is available with either one or both jaws heated allowing a wide range of packing materials to be sealed including foil, paper, biodegradable materials, laminates and most modern plastics. Pneumatically operated automatic jaws allow operators to prepare for the next product during the sealing cycle maximising machine throughput. The Star Gantry Sealer is available with: A sealing length of up to 3000mm Either single or dual jaw heating Bench-mounted and free-standing options The gantry sealer is available with a range of control options including ARTICS and MkVI C controllers.

The Star 106 range of vacuum sealing machines are available in a bench mounted of free-standing format. A probe extends into the bag and evacuates the air without the need to place the product inside a vacuum chamber, so there is no limit to the maximum product length. Although predominantly used for sealing food products and electronics, special purpose machines have also been produced for the chemical and agricultural sectors. Seal lengths from 500mm to 900mm. Vacuum pumps from 3cmh to 15cmh. 230V or 115V power supply. An optional gas flush facility is available to allow the product to be packed in an inert atmosphere. Weld and cool cycle times are adjustable. Seal width 6mm as standard, other options including double welds available. With both jaws heated, most modern barrier materials such as foils and nylon laminates can be sealed. A range of control options are available including the Star ARTICS and MkVI C controllers

The Star Medical sealers have been developed for applications where ease of cleaning is critical, such as in the food, medical and pharmaceutical industries. The machine body can be built in a number of different designs with the jaws operating vertically (when a product is best sealed laying down) or horizontally (when a product is best sealed standing up). With the cylinders moving the top jaw directly, jaw alignment and pressure are much more controllable. This machine design is available with all the Star controllers. The Star Medical Vacuum sealer allows for the air to be removed from a bag prior to sealing. The machine is available with a range of vacuum pumps or vacuum generators dependant on your application. Gas flushing is available for modified atmosphere packaging. This machine design is available with either our ARTICS or Medical controllers.
