Lubricant behaviour and its effect on the manufacturing process can be calculated using selective lubricant sampling and precise analysis. Menacing component failure or premature breakdowns can thus be prevented. A substantial analysis determines wear-particle content in the lubricant and provides information about running behaviour as well as the operating conditions, without causing long machine downtime or time consuming machine disassembly. Synthetic, silicone-free high performance lubricating oil for precision engineered manufacturing machines and their components, measurement and control instruments as well as the sector of machine construction and tool making. Temperature range: -45 °C up to 150 °C.

Pastes are essentially lubricants (oils, thickeners and additives) with a higher content of thickeners and solid lubricants. Depending on the selection of the additives, they can be used in multiple applications. Lubricating and assembly pastes with a high content of solid lubricants provide excellent lubrication and separating effect, even under extreme temperatures and loads. Due to the excellent media resistance, they establish a water and steam-resistant lubricant film and protect reliably against tribo-corrosion. Pastes are often used for the start-up and running-in lubrication of chucks, joints, journal bearings, pins, bolts and bushings. Furthermore they are used for the assembly and disassembly of bolted connections which are for example difficult to disassemble after high-temperature applications.

Synthetic high-performance lubricants with a PFPE-base and NSF/H1 food grade approval. The pressure and chemical resistant vacuum pump oils feature excellent lubricating properties at high temperatures and enable long lubrication intervals.

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Low-temperature lubricants based on synthetic ester oils and inorganic thickeners with good load carrying capabilities and good corrosion protection for low frictional torque even at high speeds.

Synthetic maintenance oil for the lubrication and cleaning of textile machines and precision equipment. A special combination of substances allows application on machines and parts in wet environments. It leaves a thin protective film and has excellent penetrating properties.

Premium high-temperature oils. Fully synthetic lubricants formulated with PAO/ester oils and special additives for extreme operating conditions in temperatures up to approx. 250 °C, non-toxic and miscible with mineral oils. Recommended for the lubrication of double belt presses, film stretching machines, timing and conveyor chains, slide rails in lacquer drying furnaces in the automotive sector or the mechanical engineering sector as well as bearings and gears at medium loads and extremely high temperatures.
