High Pressure Control Valve is designed and developed for applications where the high pressure / drop liquid and high pressure / temperature gas/vapour to be handled. Our specially designed Velocity Control Trim, which is a multi turn / multistage velocity control trim, handles these severe/critical applications very effectively – eliminating cavitation & vibration, and reducing the noise to the acceptable levels.

Turbine bypass valves play a very major role in Power Plant applications. Within a short period of twenty four hours, a power plant may be required to operate at minimum load, increase to maximum capacity for major part of the day, immediately lower back to minimum load and then back to maximum capacity. Bypass System permit unit start up and shutdown in a lifesaving manner for critical heavy components in boiler and turbines. Jet Flow Bypass valves are supplied with hydraulic, electric or pneumatic actuators as per the process requirements alongwith complete control systems as an option.

A Variable Flow Erectors are pneumatically / Electrically operated single nozzle ejectors, used to handle the variable suction ad discharge conditions wherein pneumatically / electrically operated needle goes in and out for precise controlling the flow rate based on pressure requirement. It is very useful when a low pressure steam is compressed to a higher pressure level.

Pneumatic Ball Transfers allow air-driven positioning of the conveyed item & may be individually arranged for a flexible, modular conveying plane. PS25 Positioning Stops are pneumatically activated to stop & hold the position of the conveyed item. In low pressure systems, tubing length should be extended or altered using optional in-line connectors (TC4) as the tubing & fittings are not designed to be separated once assembled. Appropriate blanking plugs are automatically supplied with each order. Alternative ball materials & sizes available.

High Repeatability Ideal for finishing or high precision processes Built-in Pneumatic Cylinder Kitagawa chucks are manufactured from high grade alloy steel. The Kitagawa KPC series are chucks with built-in cylinders, the KPC units have very high repeatability making them ideal for finishing and precision processes.
