The 536 series fittings are designed for use with the 536 and 536B hose ranges. Goodridge developed the ‘sure lock’ barbed tails specifically for use with the 536 hose range to ensure a simple, safe and reliable connection. In addition, the 536 hose can be turned on the barbed fitting tail for alignment in situ.

The dipping system which is one of the other methods is produced with a robot or crane controlled. The systems are equipped with the most efficient heating, ventilating and PLC control equipment. The TOPAZ float valve stands for a high flow rate (FastFill) and enables filling capacities of up to 200 l/min due to its diaphragm operating principle. Installed directly in the water supply line, Dosatron pumps operate without electricity, using water pressure as its sole power source. On its way through, the water activates the plunger, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate. Inside the pump, the concentrate is mixed with water. The water pressure forces the solution downstream. Once set, the pump requires no further attention. The dose of concentrate will always be strictly proportional to the volume of water entering the pump, whatever variations in flow or pressure may occur in the main line.
