Ultrapure water has an extremely low conductivity since it has been totally desalinated. There are no ions (contamination) in ultrapure water because of the poor conductivity. Salts can be removed from water using a variety of methods. For this, Grünbeck uses our high-quality reverse osmosis installations, followed by a mixed-bed or electro-de-ionization process (EDI).

Old heating systems often have problems: The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results. The solution The innovative filtration system FIBALON® professional hotbox enables the heating water filtration in a closed system without installation effort. The polymer fiber filter FIBALON® tool, developed especially for the filtration of heating sludge, works similar to all innovative FIBALON® products and systems. The innovative FIBALON® solution removes heating sludge in a reverse filtration circuit. Metallic and non-metallic particles up to a size of 10 µm are filtered out. New filter material can easily be refilled. The FIBALON® professional hotbox also guarantees a continuously high and efficient heat output in old heating systems.

With more than 35 years of experience, CINTROPUR® has built its reputation on quality products in the water filtration business designing a wide range of centrifugal filters for clean water (fittings from ¾’’ to 3’’. Flow rates from 1 to 50 m3/h). Cintropur® water filters are intended for domestic and industrial water system filtration. As well as rain, spring or well water recovery and treatment they are also suitable for watering and irrigation. Cintropur® performs either a mechanical filtration of particles, a chemical filtration through activated carbon absorption, or sterilizes water by ultraviolet radiation of UV-C type. CINTROPUR® offers a double-stage of filtration concept. First, the water flow from the inlet is directly transformed into a centrifugal spin forcing the larger particles down into the lower bowl. The next stage of filtration is achieved by the exclusive filter sleeve, available in different finenesses ranging from 5 up to 300µ.

acuraLine 1FU Cartridge Filter Housings are industrial inline filtration units.
