We produce transformer connections & connections for providing power on welding guns in pure copper, aluminium bronze, tin and lead bronze as well as brass. Pieces are delivered as-cast, rough or fully machined.

The KLN QSW 400 L is a modular laser welding machine. The advantage of the modular structure is that the central laser welding machine can remain unchanged in the various welding tasks and only the housing and its frame structure must be adapted to the actual welding task. Thus, a well-tried laser welding unit can always be used. Moreover, adaptions to other welding tasks can be easily integrated, e. g. with rotary table, tool carrier, conveyeor or sliding table. The S series is the standard version of the Omega. An ultrasonic high-performance generator and and a separate control with a larger touch panel are available. There are also 12 program memories available. The separate control also enables the process data to be read, the travel distance to be measured and greater connectivity.

Basically the TOOLMASTER versions vary by their tool design, their size of useable surface and the degree of automation. All versions are suitable for high temperatures and optionally equipped with fire protection engineering, which quickly separates the tool in case of energy drop or timeout. KLN also manufactures special machines adapted to your individual requirements. TOOLMASTER "Basic" as well as type HE 50/30 are standard machines. The versions "Advance", "Semi-Automatic" and "Automatic" are made with tools in sandwich design. This makes possible the handling of upper tool, hot plate element and lower tool as a compact unit. They are designed particularly for quick and frequent production changes. The HE/SA has a horizontal concept with servo-drive technology for quick and precise movements. The TOOLMASTER CC has been developed for applications with two welding tasks in one cycle. Almost all machine versions can be provided with pneumatic or servo-motor drives.

The A series is the basic version of the Omega. Time and energy measurement are available for process monitoring. Compared to the S-du X-series, the generator and control are combined. This makes the A-series more compact, but limits the number of welding modes and storable programs.

The LVW series covers smaller applications with machines of approx. 500 mm width and large applications up to a width of 2000 mm, like pallets, bumpers and more. As a principle our standard machines are equipped with an hydraulic lifting table. Depending on the machine size a contact force of up to 70 kN can be applied. This is necessary for large suction pipes made of PA 6.6 GV30 with heavy distortion or very large welding surfaces. Our vibration welders are fitted with our patented CPC system. This kind of regulation which is integrated in the converter stimulates the vibration unit with optimal resonance frequency. A low energy consumption is guaranteed during the friction phase. It is not necessary to enter the frequency parameter in the machine, as it is permanently “optimized”. This, the KLN drive systems are independent from the tool weight. The tool weight is solely limited in height, caused by the mechanical design and the high accelerating powers arising in these systems.

The inverter machine VIKING 500A PRO is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of VIKING 500A PRO devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 500А (100% at 420 A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage. Adjustable functions of hot start and arc reheat imply the ability to adjust the operation of the device with minimal spattering and allow you to perform work in any spatial position of the electrode and welded surfaces.

Fit-Up systems shortens the big diametric and heavy pieces’ montage period in cylindrical piece fabrication and reduces the need of crane and operator. Fit-Up systems basically consist of 2 main rotator teams. With the fixed rotator system, pieces’ heights towards each other are adjusted while rotator amount increases according to piece tonnage. Other rotator systems are mobile and as it appends to the piece it moves forward and basically make the movement of the piece’s rotating movement. With the help of column-bom which is the source of montaged pieces on Fit-up systems, it can be finished quickly while saving man-hour. In Fit-up system basically; besides the fixed rotator set that adjusts montage and heights it contains 2 motorized and 1 wanderer rotator systems.

Rotators are resistant to severe working conditions and are designed to rotate work pieces weighing 5 to 150 tons. It enables the cylindrical parts weld sensitively by rotating clockwise or anticlockwise. In line with customer’s demanded diameter and tonnages, its production can be made auto regulative or conventionally. Features -Through polyurethane coated wheels rotation quakes and uploading hitting are absorbed during welding. -In the applications requiring high temperature and major load, featured steel wheels can be used as well. -Wheels possess self-adjusting feature for small or big diameters. TORUS-255 has the widest possible range of arc welding currents (from 20 to 255 A), which makes it possible to use it both for welding very thin metals, including in the TIG mode (welding with non-consumable electrode), and for continuous welding of large metal structures using an electrode up to 6 mm in diameter. The operating margin in the ТОРУС-255 device is such that it can be effectively used not only for the MMA and TIG modes, but also in the surfacing and cutting modes. Welding inverters of the PRO series are light in weight and dimensions. The metal housing reliably protects the internal components, making it suitable for use on the construction site. Inverters are capable to operate with all brands of stick electrodes from 1.6 to 5 mm and 6 mm (VIKING 250PRO, VIKING 270PRO), including the УОНИ 13/55 brand. The minimum arc welding current is 30 A, the maximum one corresponds to the model. TP at maximum current for all models is 60%. Mains voltage range is 160 ... 260 V.
