At the bakery we wanted to share the story of how our bread is made. Brennans Bread is made fresh every day with top-quality ingredients, so it is fresh and tasty for you. It's also naturally low-fat with no added sugar and no artificial preservatives. Read the story below and learn about how The Farmer, The Miller, and The Baker all work together to bring you your fresh Brennans Bread everyday. We’ve come a long way since Old Mr. Brennan baked the first Brennans Bread on solid sole draw plate ovens using solid fuel to heat them in a craft bakery in the Liberties’ Fumbally Lane! We are now one of the largest bakeries in Ireland and we are still very a much a family affair. Old Mr. Brennan’s family still oversee the recipes and the baking skills that their father perfected in his day.

    An engineer by training, Roland Lösch bought the Craft Café at the Namibia Craft Centre in 2005.
