Screw conveyors

Bucket conveyors (elevators) are designed for vertical transport of bulk materials such as pellets, sawdust, wood dust, wood chips etc. They are manufactured in various heights with capacities from 22 m3/h to 238 m3/h. Bucket elevators consist of easy to mount modules, made of steel with Magnelis® coating. Belt and buckets: Standard bucket conveyor belts can be used at ambient temperature from -30°C to +50°C. Belts are made of antistatic materials in accordance with ISO284 and DIN22104. Buckets have a very efficient and universal shape that can be used for transporting various materials.

Our company offers BT series belt dryers from GermanSTELA Laxhuber GmbHand ATSS series from Polish company AMS elektronik. They are equipped with our proprietary control system and are designed for drying shredded biomass, such as sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. They feature a lower temperature of the drying factor than in drum dryers. The drying factor can be hot water with a temperature of up to 90°C, a glycol-based heating fluid with a maximum temperature of 120°C or, just like in drum dryers, hot air, but not exceeding 100°C.The upper temperature limit of the drying agent is imposed by the physical and chemical properties of the belt material. Belt dryers in the BT and ATSS series can achieve a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h.

CSB series drum driers manufactured by our company with a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h are intended for drying chipped biomass, including sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. All models of CSB series drum dryers are adapted to work with heat generators for both wet (humidity up to 55%) and dry biomass (humidity up to 20%). Our dryers are designed with a view to maximally increase the level of safety during their operation which is guaranteed by the significant reduction in the temperature of the drying agent, the application of a flap automatically cutting off the flow of the drying agent to the drum of the dryer and the implementation of a modern fire protection system and an exhaust gas purification system in all dryer models.CSB series drum dryers feature a solid construction and aesthetic design. They work stably and efficiently.

Skorpion 650 EB is a stationary drum chipper designed for chipping flat edgings, round timber, various types of furniture and sawmill waste of a width to 650 mm. The drive section of Skorpion 500 EB chipper is a 90 or 110 kW slow-running electric motor. In contrast to high-speed motors, this motor is features more stable operation and higher torque. A slow-speed motor with the same power achieves greater energy transmission, and by increasing the diameter of the pulley on this motor, the service life of the V-belts is extended. The cutting system of the chipper includes a drum with 2, 3 or optionally 4 cutting knives and 1 counter-knife. Screen used in the construction of this chipper ensures high regularity in size of the product. The required size of chips can be obtained by adequate configuration of suitable number of knives on the drum and the diameter of holes in the screen.
