Our company was established in 1991 year as Koramex - join stock company. The main products are the switchboard boxes for railway wagons, locomotives, trams, trolley buses, as well as special boxes for power, including nuclear. We are using sheet metal working, bendinf and welding. We also supply the finished product for e.g.: - frames for filling glass fibers, agricultural machinery parts and components for locomotives, trams, metro wagons etc.. Equipments for technological operations : Cutting CNC machine, Laser CNC TRUMPF machine (2x), CNC pressbrakes (4x), CNC saw machine, CNC machining Center (5-axis), CNC punching, press machine, welders, spot welder machine, own powder coating and wet painting. Koramex a.s. currently employs 210 workers. We produce hydraulic presses since 1994 and we already have many satisfied customers. Hydraulic presses are designed for the implementation of the pressing and similar operations in engineering production. On the basis of these experiences are now machines with hydraulics for wide use in the industry. Our production includes the following groups of presses: vertical and horizontal baling presses for municipal waste, textiles and metalshydraulic presses for repair shops, metalwork, and other areas where pressing procedures with rigid press fit forces up to 5000 kN are needed; specific implementation of presses with rigid press fit forces up to 15 000 kN; pneumatic-hydraulic presses with a power up to 200 kN. Our hydraulic presses are designed, in principle, on the basis of the requirements of the customers and thus correspond to the specific needs of technological processes.
