Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

Our production is highly automated and designed for series production, but individual parts or small series can be included in the production plan at any time. We can produce turned parts from a length of approx. 80 mm up to 6000 mm. In terms of diameter, our range starts at 10 mm and we can process a maximum of 600 mm.
