We process belt and sheet material from 0.2 to 6 mm sheet thickness. We have invested in optimised machine units especially for processing aluminium strips, but not only for this purpose. Automatic punching presses, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses with pressing forces up to 3150 kN process belts/coils up to 600 mm wide. Tight dimensional tolerances, high flatness requirements and other technically demanding quality features are produced by us and partly controlled "in line". With our cleaning systems, which use organic, CHC-free cleaning agents in an environmentally friendly manner, we are also able to meet special cleanliness requirements – based on current standards for residual dirt identification. Such was the company's growth that he very soon needed more space and had to rent an entire hall, where operations continued until the current production site was built in 1992.
