    Bryansk Plant of Draft Gears (BPDG) produces draft gears and railway components for freight cars, products made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics and polymers. The main activity of BPDG is the production and repair of PMKP-110 devices that are highly effective vibration dampers for protecting freight cars against longitudinal loads. Instead of a spring set, they use a retaining-returning device - a set of polymer elastic blocks, which increases the integrity and energy efficiency of the damper's performance characteristics. The plant produces the following: —spare parts for railway equipment and rolling stock; —sheet metal products with a thickness of 0.5 to 10 mm by laser cutting; —castings of non-ferrous metals and alloyed steel weighing from 5 to 180 kg; —bushings for oil and gas industry; —car seats and bumpers, buckets, boxes, racks and other products made of plastics and polymers (TPE, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polyethylene, etc.) weighing up to 6.5 kg. The company's quality management system complies with Russian state standards (GOST) and has been approved by IRIS, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO/TS 22163: 2017 certificates. The plant has been operating since 2008. BPDG offers wholesale supplies of metal and plastic accessories for the rairoad industry. The company has a department for maintenance and repair of T1, T2 and T3 class draft gears over their entire lifecycle.
