No matter where you look, laminating film is a must in countless areas of everyday life. From construction materials to surgical drapes and other specialised applications, our laminating film does a great job wherever it is used. It serves as reinforcement for bitumen sheeting, allowing it to be processed. It is used as a layer of insulation in surgical supplies, because laminating film makes them warm to the touch and also traps fluids. And of course they are also used to decorate boxes and product packaging – the list of uses could go on and on...

Laminated films with barrier are specially designed for use on high-speed horizontal or vertical flow-pack machines. Almost all of these films are delivered with AF treatment and can be printed flexo or roto sandwich type. They are used for packing several kinds of products: Emmental cheese, raw-dried meat products, coffee, pet food, bakery products, generally for bulk products or low humidity products. NON-BARRIER OR MEDIUM BARRIER FILMS They are used for the packaging of products which do not require special storage conditions, or which maintain their shelf life without the need for special properties of the packaging. They can be configured in a very wide range of structures depending on their application and the particularities of each packaged product and are used for fresh or frozen vegetables, bakery products, chips, raw-dried salamis, frozen fish, etc. They can be delivered with the AF option and can be customized by roto or flexo printing.

Barrier films are used for MAP packaging of perishable or long-shelf-life food products.

Our fully automatic flowpack machines are suitable either for high-speed applications or airtight packaging requirements, depending on the version selected. The machines feature either rotating or box motion transversal sealing units, with selection of a longitudinal seam either above or below. Each machine can be combined with a wide range of feed systems, such as finger conveyor chains or infeed belts. With our ability to handle everything from PP or aluminium laminated films through to Tyvek® – anything is possible. PE-coated paper can also be used for flowpack production. Our flowpack machines are also available as hygienically designed versions.

PLA film can be laminated with paper tray and replace envelope window and other food packaging. This material is made through burial or compost and able to decompose into water and carbondioxide completely. It does not have any pollute and do not have any bad impact on the environment. Biodegradable Compostable is the new and high polymer material which is made by extract of plant (monomer material) processed with chemical synthesis; it contains non-toxic & non-irritating as its characteristics and can be buried for land. The material is made by the natural plant and can be efficient for reducing carbon emission & use of fossil fuel. It's the most promising high polymer.

To be effective, aluminum traffic signs and aluminum road signs must be reflective and easy to read day or night, and they must meet stringent government specifications. The alloy and coating of Novelis pre-painted aluminum meets all the precise requirements for durability and readability, with no additional pre-treatment required. The front surface of these aluminum signs are coated with a clear lacquer ideal for reflective-film applications. Manufacturers of these films and elements have tested and confirmed the excellent adhesion qualities. The reverse is delivered painted in gray according to national regulations. On request, it can be pretreated, primed and laminated with a protective film for excellent weather resistance. Novelis continues to improve the workability of its pre-painted aluminum, as well as its compatibility with reflective films, attachment elements and other features.

The heating element (carbon fiber laminated into a film) is located at the bottom (inside the lower surface) of the boot. The heating element is placed between two layers of felt.
