The medium voltage switchgear with double bar system is designed for the primary distribution on the medium voltage part of transformation stations from the power distribution systems and combines the new technologies with the existing infrastructure. The Electroalfa primary distribution switchgear are designed for 7,2 and 24 kV rated voltages and rated currents up to 4000 A. Compliant with the technical standards of nationwide power generation, transport and distribution companies such as Transelectrica (the national transmission operator), CEZ Group, E.ON Group, Electrica Group (area distribution operators). The Electroalfa switchgear for primary distribution, of the S 12xx range, for a maximum voltage of 12KV c.a., have been tested for values of the continuous rated current of up to 5,000A and values of the rated peak withstand current of 50 KA/ 1s. This type of gear withstands the action of the internal electric arc, with a classification index of up to IAC AFLR 50KA, 1s. The switchgear from the range of S 24xx, for a voltage of 24 KV c.a. have been tested for values of the continuous rated current current of up to 2.500A and values of the rated peak withstand current of 25 KA/ 1s.

Own contrivance product, the DISMOD board is the optimal solution in electrical distribution, automation, motor control and protection for all industrial applications, infrastructure, commercial and residential buildings. All type-test assemblies (TTA) have been successfully achieved at the panel testing in an independent testing laboratory in Romania. A tested product offers the guarantee for a tested technical solution, an optimal internal architecture, continuous functioning of the served installation under conditions of maximum safety and the possibility of further expansion with minimal changes.

The 400/230 Vac and 48…220Vdc auxiliary services cabinets are designated to supply the low voltage consumers within the 110/20(6)kV transformer substations of the power supply and distribution companies: Electrica SA, CEZ Group, ENEL Group, E.ON Group; Transelectrica’s 400/220/110kV connection and transformer substations; hydro power plants; thermal power plants.

The outdoor cabinet is designed for a diversity of applications and can be adapted to suit different specific requirements. The cabinet is very suitable for power equipment, batteries, telecommunications equipment, all integrated into a robust and cost effective package. The cabinet can be equipped with wireless components, optical fiber, TV cable, DSL and WLAN applications. The micro climate inside the cabinet is preserved at the required level required by the customer via the heating management units (heaters for temperatures below 10°C and/ or fans, integrated air/ air heat exchangers for temperatures above 25°C).The specific cooling capacity is about 22W/K, subject to the fans’ speed. The heat exchanger’s input power is 48 VDC, total 30 W for 4 fans (maximum 7.5W for each fan).

The outdoor cabinet is meant to being used in railway industry and is designed to withstand different environmental conditions, the micro climate inside the cabinet being achieved in accordance with the operational environmental temperature and humidity (specified by the customer). Autonomous fire extinguishing system Hyperbola is designed to extinguish without human intervention class A, B fires and electrical equipment under voltage in objects of protection of small volume from 0.03 to 2.2 m3, located in rooms with operating temperatures from minus 40 ° С to plus 60 ° С and relative air humidity up to 98 percent at a temperature of + 25 ° С. The product is a sealed tube made of a special polymer material filled with a liquid extinguishing agent (GFFS) - a liquefied mixture based on organofluorine substances, sealed at both ends. The unit has overpressure inside the housing. The polymer material provides reliable storage of the extinguishing agent and its release under strictly defined conditions.
