The Sirius MK6 Labeller is an accurate and reliable system manufactured for high-speed label applications. This fully automatic labeling line is suitable for reliably applying self-adhesive labels to various products such as envelopes, catalogues, magazines, etc. The machine is equipped with a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, which we installed as a self-sufficient unit with a new vacuum pump and motor in a stable frame made of aluminum profiles. We then paired them up with a new vacuum table with electric height adjustment and an "Alpha Compact" labeler from BLUHM/WEBER mounted on it. Together with a new machine control system these modules can be assembled into a fully automatic labeling line with which our customer can process products up to 43 cm in length at high speeds (up to 70 m/min). DFP-WR is a series of semi-automatic distributors of adhesive labels on rolls, completely made of steel, easy to use, versatile for any type of label you normally use. Available in widths up to 100 mm. or 200 mm. All parts in contact with the glue are interlocking and can be disassembled easily without any tools, making it quick and easy cleaning. USABLE GLUE: The gluing machines use a sticky compound consisting of powdered dextrin diluted in water. 400 grams of dextrin must be mixed with 600 ml of water. This is vegetable glue derived from potato starch.

FP RWR is a series of reel-winders of self-adhesive labels in rolls built for industrial use, robust, completely made of steel, equipped with a large support base for a stable connection to the printer. Available in versions with a maximum width of 130 mm. or 230 mm. The expansion mandrel allows the use of internal cores from 40 to 110 mm. (76 mm for the BIG model) and rewind reels up to an external diameter of 300 mm (400 mm for the BIG model). An innovative dancer position detection system allows to perfectly follow the speed of the printer avoiding tears or continuous stops. It is possible to rewind in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction and select the maximum speed range to be reached. Powered at 230V or on request 115V, it does not require a separate power supply.
